It is conveniently located in South Sioux City. It is Central to everything in Sioux City.

My one major complaint is that the staff is not present at the front desk 24 hours a day. My key card stopped working and I was locked out of my room. I rang the doorbell and called the front desk number multiple times with no response.

The EXIT door, as I was glad to leave and be on the road again.

The pool was empty, in a really dodgy area of the city. I guess at the end of the day it is a cheap shoddy place to sleep and that's about all. Certainly 'NO FRILLS' An overhaul of the rooms and a damn good clean would be a really good start.

Location and price

Pool is empty, could not get wifi signal inside my room, blood stains on the box spring. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before I could find anyone to check me in.

The gentleman that worked at the front counter was exceptionally nice.

All I needed was a shower, tv and bed. Which is what I got. Clean, comfortable, affordable. Was easy to find, easy to get back on my traveling route.

The only thing I was disappointed with was the in-room mini fridge did not work so I could not put my water in to stay cold.

Motel is centrally-located, room was very clean, super comfy bed, quiet and friendly front desk staff. Will definitely stay here again.

internet was ok, the bed was comfortabl, the hotel was affordable.

towles were'nt soft , phone did not work or call out, beds could be updated. no jacuzzi suite.

The location of this hotel is great and parking is convenient. During a previous stay, we had a room on the first floor and could park right outside the door. This time, it was storming so we parked our motorcycles under an awning by the lobby.

There wasn't a wide variety of breakfast items for the free breakfast. Guests with kids were disappointed. The air conditioner in our friends' room didn't work very well.

The location. It was very easy to get to and the parking was great.

There were not enough towels in the room even after asking for more. Also the pillows were totally flat. The first night we didn't even have a bath mat to step out on.

Decent for the price. I would've much rather paid the price the hotel was going to charge me vs. the $50 higher amount that Priceline charged me!! :(

Sink was clogged & would take 10 minutes to drain. The front desk clerk double charged me because he wasn't aware that I had booked through Priceline. He charged me $50 less than the price that Priceline charged?! It was ultimately voided, but still?!

The hotel manager wouldn't let us check in without a $60 cash deposit even though we already paid for the room
