Close to the highway and close to restaurants.

I thought the hotel was overpriced. Our room was small and dark.

Room was clean and quiet.

Apparently the previous guest set the clock alarm to 4:20 in the morning ?

I had to stay somewhere as snow was coming in fast and I couldn't drive home. I had a hard time getting to sleep due to a stressful day. When I finally got to sleep it was 12AM and was abruptly awakened at 2:30AM due to people in the hallway.

Helpful, friendly staff. Good location. Comfortable bed and room. Very good value.

Breakfast was a bit skimpy (but glad to have it.) Only one ice machine and it was broken, and a replacement was on order.

Rooms were cute - decorated nicely.

Bathtub was kind of gross. Had a big rusty spot on the shower wall.

Credit for trying to keep a old property up.

No elevator No bell man cart Breakfast area is sub standard and low quality. Condiments were not factory sealed and not refrigerated after breakfast as they were out when i arrived and still out in the AM. Major remodel needed.

For a 2 to 2 1/2 star hotel, it was very clean, very safe and well worth the cost.

The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was clean and accpetable.

Breakfast was lacking. The coffee maker was out of order on the second day. The lobby and room smelled musty. No carpet in the room!

The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly on checking in.

Discovered water near the window/A/C. Informed the front desk of the water. Told to put a towel down to absorb the water and raise the A/C to 67. No maintenance is available to check it. The shower had water coming out of the faucet face plate but we were not using it.

Location excellent, right off a freeway. No problems with highway noise. Bed comfortable; temperature control worked well. Plenty of hot water, and nice high shower head. Desk staff friendly and helpful when problems arose with my room.

Toilet in my room not working, and repair crew doesn't come in on weekends, so they had to move me to a different room, which was a nuisance. Neither room had very good lighting: OK for reading in bed, but poor for working at the desk, and even with all lights on the room was fairly dim. Price high, given the quality of the room.

The lady working the front desk was very nice and helpful. The food was great and the beds were comfortable.

I had to wait to check in because there's only one person on staff at night and she has to clean, check people in, and prepare breakfast all at the same time. Every hotel I have ever stayed at or worked in has at least two people working nights even just for security purposes. It seemed a little strange to me that this woman was alone trying to do the job of three people.

Excellent breakfast, bed, size of room, bathroom, plenty of outlets.

Can't think of a thing, other than it was a bit on the outskirts of town and we had to ask where it was. Sign not obvious

It was very clean and we got there way early for check in. But said that we came all the way from Michigan driving all night. She said she would get our room cleaned and ready as soon as they could. They were very nice people to work with. And we were so great full that they were able to do that we were so tired.

I don’t think there was nothing we didn’t like about the place.

Close to interstate for easy access.

No food service - assumed with the “conference center” in the name of the resort, that there would be food service amenities. Evening staff was friendly; morning staff, not so much. No tea available in the breakfast service & when questioned if there was, response of “no” was abrupt.

Was the perfect size and very comfortable stay. Staff was super friendly

Could be cleaner had bugs coming in my room from outside. Shower didn’t drain properly
