Holiday Inn Express O'Neill By IHG

Everything! Well maintained, located, clean, with friendly employees and a really really good breakfast.

The hotel's forks were too flimsy for scrambled eggs. How's that for nitpicky?

Clean, good breakfast

Hot tub was boarded over

Quiet, comfortable, clean, and friendly staff.

A little too expensive!

The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful with tips. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

No, everything was wonderful!

The hot breakfast was great!! Good job!!

Pool was not open. It would've been nice to know this in advance. Or discount the price accordingly.

Everything went as hoped! The hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating, bringing in a rolling crib, giving change and directions to the laundromat after a car seat disaster. Breakfast was perfect and the pool was extra clean!

The hotel was exactly where we needed to be. It was clean, I also liked the shampoo / conditioner and body wash being inside the shower for multiple use / people.

When I booked the hotel I was under the impression I had booked a room with a sitting room where I could set up my daughters pack n play. When I arrived that was not the room I got. I did get a suite but it was not what I wanted.

Breakfast is super !

all is grand

Friendly staff

Clean

All good

Best motel in the small town

clean

Friendly staff and clean motel

New location and breakfast

Overpriced for the location

nice clean, and friendly staff

the cost - we are there monthly and it’s a little high.

the beds were very comfortable. the hotel was very quiet

not impressed with the breakfast. staff standing in breakfast area on her phone.

Breakfast was excellent with good variety to select from. However the rubber cheese omelet’s could be replaced. Suggest doing the scrambled eggs every morning.

The rubber cheese omelette. Also:Thought the sheet of ice in the handicap parking area could have been better handled. I’m not or had anyone that needed to use it, but by not having that area better cleared of ice would be saving you a lawsuit.

The hotel room was equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable and the TV works great. everyone was very friendly and the room is clean and we enjoyed our stay.

The shower handle was hard to turn from cold to hot. Shower head could be replaced. There was no silverware or plates in the little kitchenette.

It was pretty clean and the beds were super comfortable!

the shower was a little plugged up and the water filled the tub a bit. Overall it was one of the better/best places I’ve stayed

very clean good breakfast

was not allowed late check out.
