Proximity to the research centers

The room smelled like urine. The breakfast was sparse.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some spots on the carpets in the hallway but everything else was clean. Breakfast was the only thing I could say was not bad but some meat could be added.

No except for Breakfast they could add some meat.

Location and room size.

Breakfast was horrible. Hard breakfast sandwiches and no orange juice. The body wash container was empty.

The lady that checked us in was extremely nice and very helpful. She git us extra bedding and milk for my 1 year old.

The pool was tiny, and the tile made it extremely slippery. My daughter fell on it just walking.

Seem to be in a fairly good area and the staff was very nice

The room was not that clean and had trash in the trash cans from prior usage... All the soaps and shampoo bottles were completely empty and the room that we originally reserved was not what we got because of the world series in town...

Good breakfast and parking

It backs up to a main road where and the windows were nothing close to sound proof, we heard what sounded like drag racing and engine revving all night making it really hard to sleep. The hotel staff said this is normal and the whole hotel is loud.

We loved the garage parking and the large room but that was about it.

For being a newer hotel the rooms already show a lot of wear. The bathroom had a lot of buildup in the corners or the showers, cracked countertops, and what appeared to be blood or another dark color substance on the wall. The swimming pool is very small.

Had a sleepover for my daughters birthday, I didn¿t get harassed about additional guest coming to celebrate and swim

Charges $9 for parking

Fantastic hotel. Super clean, great breakfast, friendly staff. Would absolutely stay again

The hotel itself was nice overall.

The room that we stayed in (328) didn¿t have the lock mechanism on the bathroom door and it could have been cleaned up a little better

The size of the room is great. The lobby area was clean and inviting.

Trash bins in room are too small- expect that people will be making their own food, so there will be lots of trash. The TV did not work in our room, so that was very disappointing for our kids. Breakfast was not good. Wish there wasn't a fee to park.

Good downtown location, comfortable beds, very clean

Breakfast wasn¿t that great - hot sandwiches were packaged, as was much of the bread.

They asked for my debit card to cover the 36$ it cost to park at there hotel for 2 days, Which was fine I understood but then they put an additional $300 security deposit on my card on top of the $300 stay my money is still frozen 3 days later!

Design, kitchen, size of room

Full kitchen but didn't have a stovetop. Front desk didn't tell me they charge 9.00 to park in the garage. I had to request a room with a tub. Found a snickers wrapper under the bed,

wasn?t aware that the pool was unavailable, so would of booked at a different location had known before hand

It was close to the hospital we had a procedure

I can see that parking could be an issue

The amazing staff

The location worked out for us. It was located to a pet friendly location which was great ---- lots of grasses and poop bags available. It catered to what we needed. Unfortunately, we were not able to have breakfast at this location because it was being served at 7 a.m. and we left between 6-6:30 a.m.

Probably just the breakfast timing. We would prefer it to be earlier than 7 a.m.
