The representative at the front desk with the curly hair is very helpful.He is such a gentleman and very passionate about his job.He is very easy going.

here are a few women on the other hand that I believe charged my room for breakfast that I did not eat because I inquired about an issue with my reservation

Clean and convenient. Good parking in covered garage. Close to many restaurants and activities. Adequate workout facilities.

The room that was given had a view of a wall 5 feet away. No natural light.

Bar staff was excellent. Had a large gathering of people and handled it very efficiently. Location is within walking distance to many restaurants and nightlife.

Hotel restaurants breakfast was overpriced. Why can¿t Hilton Garden Inns offer a free breakfast with each nights stay like other hotels in the Hilton Family do?

I loved the in room coffee and gym. The bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice.

A couple small suggestions. The exercise bike didn't work completely. In the shower, they could install the soap pumps and also a better shower head or hose.

Location is exceptional.

Asked for maid service daily but only received one day out of 4.

There were dirty bedspreads on the beds and mold in the shower. They gave The party of 4..3 towels. Beds were uncomfortable

The staff were so friendly. The room was very nice. Walking distance to food. Will definitely stay again.

I loved the set up of the room. It had a contemporary look, was not your standard looking room. Very much enjoyed my "staycation" there.

My only small negative is there was a piece of trash (looked like plastic from lid of a mouthwash bottle) on floor in bathroom. Not something I would make an issue with, though.

Super clean, quiet, and spacious (double queen). Location is great and FREE parking!! The staff was excellent. There was an issue with our booking and they rearranged accommodations immediately and with a smile. A++ to the front desk!

I was charged $56.90 on my bank statement and no one has figured out why. Twice I was told it was taken care of(refunded), but it's the end of September and I still don't have the money back. I never purchased anything at the hotel. Room reservation only.

Clean, price, location

The room above was loud. Either thin insulation, or ¿heavy walkers.¿ We could hear people tromping around late into the night and early in the morning.

Clean. Nice pool. Staff very helpful.

Didn¿t realize there was no complimentary breakfast. I should have checked on that amenity before. Everything else was excellent.

I have to make a special request for a bathtub. I guess hotels primarily have just showers.

Love the black out shades on the window. Comfortable, modern furnishings & bath.
