Great pool area. Rooms very well appointed. Great restaurant.

Having to pay for pool side lounge chairs is a bit excessive.

No pool. Parking was limited. Not easy to get to due to construction. Room was small. Expensive dining and bar.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable, and the pool area was fantastic.

All of the construction around the hotel was inconvenient and the parking situation was not great.

It wasn?t that I didn?t like, just the room size was small.

Very nice Hotel, the best in Omaha. The pool area is amazing. Has old world charm with all the amenities. Free coffee bar, great restaurants. And close to many more places to eat within walking distance.

That it was pet friendly. I brought my dog and we both enjoyed our stay very much.

There was only a shower. The listing said bath or shower. I would have enjoyed soaking in a tub during my stay.

Love the old world feel of the place - staff cannot do enough for you! Very welcoming to our pets as well!

Clean and Welcoming.

My only complaint, was because we were on the 7th floor. There was noise from moving chairs after 1:00 AM and again before 7:00 AM I wonder if the wedding venue was located above our room?

It was a trip back in time for me, as I was there as a child when it was the Blackstone Hotel. The renovation was done very well with contemporary touches that just added to it's beauty.

No room service. The room was not very clean.

First off, beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful, attentive and friendly--even in the busy holiday season. Very clean rooms, comfy beb.

Wish there was coffee avail in the room.

Loved the courtyard with the fire pits and year round jacuzzi. Also loved the basement lounge.

It was very busy due to a couple weddings

Valet is not really valet - whenever we needed the car we were told there was no valet service. When we were leaving in the morning, again no valet and they did not know where my car was. We walked around two parking lots with all of our luggage looking.

Valet parking and food were overpriced. I don't mind paying a little extra for a great meal but my chicken arrived under cooked and was not edible.

Pool was nice and the food was outstanding and staff was as good as they could have been.

Limited staffing. Couldn¿t check in as early as I wanted and then had to self valet when I could get back to the hotel. The was a large metal panel hanging down in the bathroom that couldn¿t be fixed until the next day so we had a nice view of AC vents¿¿.

Hotel was very quaint, clean and comfortable. Had a great night¿s sleep. Staff was so friendly!
