The hotel is in a great location. The staff was excellent and the beds were comfortable.
The curtains in our room were ripped, the ac and ice maker wouldn’t work. One of my rooms had a broken bathroom door that they taped off instead of replacing.

Rooms have kitchenettes with full size refrigerator, a two burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and toaster. Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils. Dishwasher soap is provided as well as dish towels. Also the hotel has free self laundry service, but you must bring your own detergent. It's a great place to be if you are on a long road trip. Bed was comfortable.
I had to call the front desk to get the knob that is required to use the stovetop. I think the knobs should be in the room. I thought that was a bit annoying. You can make ice in the refrigerator freezer if you need ice. The hotel doesn't have an ice machine. Making ice that way is slow and the refrigerator is also noisy while making ice so we turned it off so it wouldn't wake us up during the night.

Room was not ready for check-in after 3pm. No alternative rooms were offered.

The room was roomy and comfortable.
The front desk help, not pleasant. Not welcoming and had an attitude as if I was an inconvenience. Air was not working well. No breakfast when advertised as included. Bathroom door would not shut.

Location was great, alot of nearby shopping. Room was big. Nice room.
Check in is at 3, went to check in at 5, room was not ready until 530. Had to wait in lobby for room to be cleaned. The drain in the shower did not work properly either.

Was very clean and great location.
The front desk didn't have any actual cash so I couldn't get change to buy snacks and leave a tip for the cleaners.
