Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Great location.Friendly staff.Clean rooms.Would recommend.Walking distance to old market.

It was in a good location; close to highway system and walking distance to old market area with lots of nice parks and eateries nearby.

The staff was not very customer service oriented. Not friendly when discussing questions and check in and check out process was rudely handled. Regarding the room, ours lacked a lot of natural lighting and the pillows were all very soft making it uncomfortable.

Great location, pretty close to everything.

Could be a tad cleaner and they don’t have free breakfast on the weekends anymore it seems.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. The mattress and bedding were excellent.

Parking was a little pricey.

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. We have stayed here once before and really enjoyed it, so we came back for a 2nd stay

Very nice hotel! Super easy walk to CHI for concert. Cool places to eat & arcade close by.

They double charged me, but we sorted that out.

Good location, clean and comfortable

Two issues1. Bathroom had terrible lighting. Nice and bright in shower area but mood lighting in the sink area. Putting on makeup was a challenge as didn’t want to look like an escapee from clown college!2. Paying $20 a day to park outside in their parking lot.

For the price it was a pretty good deal rather nice hotel that hand been upgraded however some issues

Some some staff members were very helpful but a manager blew my wife off when asking why our hotel room was not serviced by 4 PM saying that we were suppose to tell them we wanted the room service earlier. Included breakfast was OK but you could only get either coffee or orange juice not both. Happy hour was not great, you could not get much like a bucket of beers for a dollar off

Cheap parking fees, nice rooms, cheap damage hold, the location, the ease of checking in and out, the views, it just kept getting better and better!

No pool or hot tub. Halls are pretty small especially when it comes to using the luggage carts. The bistro isn't really open long.

The hotel has everything you would expect from a Marriott Courtyard: large rooms with most amenities, nice lobby (with cozy fireplace), attentive staff, and reasonable downtown price, with great location 2 block from Old Market and walking distance to museums and theaters.

Breakfast including coffee is extra, though they offer Starbucks coffees (and there is in-room coffee maker and mini-fridge, though no microwave). Parking is not free. The lobby "convenience store" has beer/wine which is great, but at bar prices. The rooms have oddly high ceilings which slows heating, though the heater eventually did the job.
