DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Southwest

This is clean hotel. Room very clean. Everything you would want in a clean room. Missing was the little extras that you expect in a 4 star as advertised. It is not as interesting as what I have come to see as a 4 star.

uncomfortable bed, stains on carpet, very small bathroom, mould stains in bathroom, $3 charge for water in room, outrageous prices for breakfast in restaurant ( $12 for 3 pancakes?)

Very clean. Nice staff. Even the cleaning woman was nice and funny.

Room was nice and a good size. They cleaned the room everyday.

Only one working elevator. The staff was not very accommodating the last day. May people up and leaving for airport and no coffee at 5:00 am. Also no airport shuttle.

Unclean condition of the bathroom and sink water clogged.

It was clean and up to date in style

The listing said breakfast was included, the staff was very rude when we were told that our booking did not include the breakfast.

Pool, Restaurant, Location, Staff , everything was clean and as I have come to expect from a Hilton

they finally moved us to another room, way to late. Pool was ok for the kids

They did not honor the request, previously agreed to, that we have a ground level room by the pool. They gave us an upstairs room, that was totally filthy. After 4 tries, they finally moved us to a double room, from the suite we had rented.

Good hotel in central Omaha with clean rooms, near a lot of core regional shopping, and the room was clean.

Everything was clean.

The carpet was coming up and nails were sticking out. I stepped on a nail multiple times. The bed sheets also had a rip when we go there.

Website said free breakfast but it was only for certain priced rooms. Should have stated that more clearly.

Iron in room didn?t get hot so couldn?t iron clothes well for wedding attended in Omaha. Also ice maker didn?t work on 3rd floor

Great location, clean good customer service

No laundry in the hotel. The hotel restaurant, did not fulfill their service . Asking customers to place order and not delivering it.

Housekeeping....staff...wake up calls....prices for small portions of the restaurant

Great location, clean room, very large room, everything worked. Quite area great beds, lived up to a 4 star rating in most every way.

The guy at the check in counter few words answered few of my questions with as many as few words as possible, did not look happy to see me or anyone else. He belonged in a 2 star hotel but even they had more a personality than this guy.

The bed wasn¿t very comfortable. Don¿t know if the beds are different in separate rooms because I have had a comfortable one prior.

The room was great, and the kitchen staff were amazing

Called ahead of time same day and was told early checkin at a certain time would be available, upon arrival it was not available. We called to ask for 2 more pillows and a blanket, got 1 pillow and a blanket instead.

Carpet needed replaced in room. Nails in tack strip poked your feet, carpet edge frayed and was pulling up

The location was very convenient to restaurants. The beds allowed for a very comfortable nights sleep. The room was very clean and well stocked. The complimentary fresh baked cookies were awesome!

We heard a lot of road noise from the interstate. The room was a little small.
