Breakfast was good room was clean

Outside our window was a pile of scrap metal from somewhere and what appeared to be two dead rats. We told management twice they never did anything about it. They also said at check-in if we ended up leaving early they would refund those days but didn’t

Clean, quiet and comfortable bed

Free snack or cookie upon arrival would be welcoming

That man that was at the breakfast Saturday morning was exceptional!! He was joyful, helpful and went out of his way so everyone in the breakfast area had a great experience. Hands down the best breakfast at a hotel ever!

The room

They let people swim in street clothes, and I don't think it's right when I paid $--- a night for hotel. And pool deck had throw up on it and not cleaned up

cleanliness and staff. Cheryl was great!

I expressed to Cheryl that the air conditioning unit was VERY loud! I woke several times during the night when it kicked on and off. She said she made a note for maintenance to check it.

Check in was easy, room was very clean, breakfast was great overall experience was great.

Location for our purpose

They lost our reservation due to a software transition. Their pool and hot tub were closed for repair.

Cleanliness, professional staff, and the top notch breakfast!

The breakfast was great. There were many options (eggs, sausage, hash brown, cereal, fruit, etc)

Accessibility

Loud air conditioner and persistent mechanical sounds that begin at 4:30 am.

Nice room and decent parking.

The bed did not meet my expectations of a Hampton bed. The shower was not that great.

That they will clean the room everyday and the breakfast was great I received a great deal

Location/easy to find. Close by our reason for coming which was Tanking down the Elkhorn River .

Two of the 3 or 4 ice machines didn¿t work. Hot tub was not available to use. They are cementing it down.

Ac unit and refrigerator tended to be load

A short drive to the state track meet that I was covering. Was great to be able to escape the head at the state meet for a couple of hours and come back to a clean room that I could crank the AC down and cool off with a comfortable nap.

Pool was closed, but a small inconvenience considering that I was occupied with work for much of my time there. Definitely have found my hotel for future state track meets.

Staff, breakfast, location

Change the carpet in the rooms to tile or wood.

Room and common area were clean, good breakfast and nice pool.

We had to repack and move to another room because the air conditioner didn't work and there wasnt a maintenacne person available to fix it. Wondering if I could get a discount from the price I paid because of this inconvience. Thanks!

The welcomimg feeling I got everytime I left andcreturned to the hotel was great.

I was under the impression I has paid for everything in full up front, but while checking in their was a 10$ charge for any services I would have used while staying, although its refundable if you dont use any services, I was pretty upset about this.

the second day there was hasbrowns and nothing else

Hot tube did not work. Had not been working for awhile and said nothing about the problem. Remote did not work in the room unless you was 5ft from the tv. Supply truck never showed up for the 2 days we stayed so the first day was limited on breakfast.
