- The room
- cleanliness and staff. Cheryl was great!
- Check in was easy, room was very clean, breakfast was great overall experience was great.
Cons -
- They let people swim in street clothes, and I don't think it's right when I paid $--- a night for hotel. And pool deck had throw up on it and not cleaned up
- I expressed to Cheryl that the air conditioning unit was VERY loud! I woke several times during the night when it kicked on and off. She said she made a note for maintenance to check it.
- They lost our reservation due to a software transition. Their pool and hot tub were closed for repair.
