Very spacious, and enough room and beds for a family to stay there. Breakfast was fantastic both days, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Shower drained very slowly, and the bathroom wasn't well ventilated, but really not a big deal.

Location and price. The room was very large and comfortable.

They checked us in to the wrong room initially. Just a mistake at the desk and they got it corrected quickly.

No hot tub, and you have to pay extra for parking!!! And then thay don't have enough parking spots for everyone, and there's even a Dimond parking area, made to bleed the wallet!!

Yes, in the afternoon, we had no hot water for quite a while. My husband wanted to demand a refund of some sort, but eventually the water hot water came back on intermittently.When I called the front desk and they said to let it run , it would eventually

Shower in room 202 was not working properly. No pressure and came out the spout rather the showerhead

Service was excellent about allowing us to check in late (midnight) and checking out late (12pm). Large room was awesome! Breakfast was good, especially the eggs and oatmeal.

I specifically selected a hot tub and this location was supposed to have one and did not. There are supposed to be microwaves in every room and there was not one in mine. The drawers constantly slid out because the dresser was tilted.

Clean, nicely designed lobby, close to many things. Great breakfast!! Poor parking.

Homeless lady rummaging through trash when we pulled into to parking lot, sketchy neighborhood and night time security was strange made us uncomfortable, had to pay for parking then ended up having to park in next door motel parking lot!

The cleanliness and big room size

Our fridge didn't work and we had issues with contacting front desk via phone. Otherwise a great stay Nd thr handyman was very helpful. Please thank him.

Perfectly located across the street from concert venue.

We were on the main floor and due to the heat it was very humid, damp and soggy in our room. This hotel could use some renovations. It shows it¿s usage.

I was a couple minutes late for breakfast, but hotel employee was very helpful and prepared a nice plate for me to enjoy ¿¿. Thank you.

On the first night there was no hot water in the shower and the maintenance man came up and then he left and then he came back and said he had fixed it. There was hot water. That morning as I was getting ready to shower the water once again was not hot.

Towels provided were dirty with makeup stains. Hair on the floor in bathroom and walls were dirty. Would give 0/10 for cleanliness. Also had to pay for parking.

Rooms were dirty. Dirty towels still in bathroom. Shower broken. Pool was closed. Worst Hampton hotel i ever stayed at.
