Friendly front desk/staff at check in

No elevator, no vending machines/no ice machine on 2nd floor. Overall outdated, dingy, dirty, the pictures advertised are not what the room looked like. Tub drained very slowly so you stood in water while showering. One bedside lamp didn't work at all.

Close to the freeway

Television in the room was not working. The desk person said they would be there shortly; however, no one came.

Location

Multiple rooms in our large group experienced bed bugs, smell of Marijuna, dirty bathrooms, and not helpful staff. Avoid this hotel.

Nothing, large disappointment and misleading pictures

I ended up with bug bites from this hotel. Staff didn?t do anything when I mentioned it to them.

The room was filthy, had black mold in the bathroom, the toilet seat was dangerously loose, the curtains were falling off the rod and I have requested a refund because we only stayed 1 of the 3 nights booked. I will not use your services again!!!

The hotel manager was rude and very unprofessional. The pool was closed and we were informed by hotel staff it would be closed for a week. The curtain in the room was broken, partially on. Unpleasant experience, will not stay there again

I cannot actually say we liked anything about the hotel.

Breakfast was very limited, I would rate it poor. The lock on the room did not function properly. The handle on the bathroom lock did not function properly. The toilet did not function properly.

Cleanliness was really lacking and overall appearance of the rooms. Had to change rooms and even clean the second room myself.

The location

They only change the towels, soap, etc. every 3 days. No room service at all for 3 days. They said it was because of covid. Not buying that one. Covid has been gone a long time. We are three variance past covid.

The breakfast was limited, no eggs, no bacon, or sausage.

Cleanliness. Old outdated. Minimal breakfast.

You could smell the cleanliness when you walked into the door... The handicap room was actually perfect with a walk in shower and room to move around the room with my walker...

Nice staff.

The pillows were awful. The rooms were boring. TV was small. Beds are plain and the breakfast was weak. Not worth it.

Fitness center was a joke. Smelled, nasty carpet

The room was clean and accessible. The staff was pleasant.

We had traveled nine hours the day of our stay. This may not be a "Big Deal" but there was no cable tv service during our stay. Upon arrival; It would be nice to relax and get caught up on the news, weather, events of the day. (not at this hotel)

I had bed bugs in my bed and one of the staff stole my number and sent me messages ! Very unprofessional

Dark, quiet, cool sleeping room. Comfortable beds. Walking distance to restaurants. Smelled clean when we walked in front door. Loved fact that it was a non smoking no pets hotel.

Having to walk through groups of smokers to enter the hotel. Lame breakfast. There is so much more that could have been done for breakfast EVEN during covid. I am so tired of people using covid as an excuse for everything!

Every staff was extremely nice, helpful, and serving. They went above and beyond to serve and help. It was a convenient location to the zoo.

There are several things in the hotel that are very old or outdated and could use a replacement or update. The room smelled just slightly of smoke. There was a bar connected to the hotel which made me slightly nervous with my child
