Hampton Inn Omaha West-Lakeside

Hotel employee was AWSOME very accommodating, actually the reason I chose to stay here again. Traveling on a budget, I did not look around because Jeff made me feel like I was the only guest there.

Staff was amazing. Very engaged and knowledgeable of all options in the area for food and entertainment. Many college sports teams on the one night we stayed. The staff was very accommodating to both the teams and other guests.

The bed was very comfortable, very clean

The rooms were a good size and the hotel offers breakfast and pool and hot tub

I requested adjoining rooms of two queen beds when I made the reservation but I was not advised I could not get adjoining rooms with 2 beds in each which makes no sense. I was not aware of sports event so the hotel was booked with teams who dominated the

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable and reasonably priced.

The 'shampoo' pump in the shower was empty. NO BIG DEAL - just surprised because of so many points of 'attention to detail.'

Yes we arrived to a dirty room the one bed had stains and didn't look like the sheets were changed, and the other bed had a set of glass in the bed sheets.

No water pressure in shower. Doors bang. Toilet very low and hard to sit and stand again. Tv had no movies.

the outlets on one side of the bed didn't work. also, a power outage resulted in our white noise machine not working, resulting in poor sleep.

Friendly staff, nice pool, clean rooms, breakfast was good and the attendants were nice.

I love this hotel for the location

I had to leave some insulin in the refrigerator in the room for my travels back home I had my personal Fanny pack cooler with what I needed for my first 2 days or so. The refrigerator stopped working apparently so my insulin and other meds were destroyed.

Hotel under construction no amenities other than a bed. Elevators torn up no pool no anything.

Room was showing lots of wear and tear. Staff mentioned that 3rd and 4th floors were closed for renovation. Some rooms on 1st and 2nd were supposedly renovated but were not being assigned. Was told that newer rooms might be available in two weeks.

Halls were not kept up...had to ring bell at counter every time I went to lobby.

The bed and bathroom were great!

They overbooked and we did not get two beds for the first night. Also, the hallway had a bad odor. The breakfast was bare minimum.

Nice pool area

Trash can overflowing outside, trash in parking area, not much of a breakfast, stained chairs in lobby, carpet needs replaced in hallways, shower tub appeared to be at least 20 years old, and overall the place did not meet expectations for a Hilton.
