The location was great and close to where we wanted. The bar staff was very pleasant and main level well maintained
False alarms with the fire alarms twice. Our room had a terrible draft and the heat could not keep up. The bathroom ceiling had poorly repaired drywall from a repair or prior water damage.

The location was great. Was scare because how far out of downtown it was but was pleasantly surprised.
The beds were comfortable and the pillow weren’t great.

Breakfast was buffet with many choices. Dinner was ordered in the lounge to eat there or return to room. Bed was very comfortable. Location was central and very convenient for my needs.

The rooms were very clean!!
The mattress was a little hard for me. There was no shower wand. The continental breakfast was not free like most places we have stayed.

The breakfast was good but a little pricey when a lot of hotels include breakfast with your stay. The location was great.
The sink and shower drains were very slow, the shower ran over because it couldn’t drain fast enough. I thought the room was small. The Elevators closed before you can even get on or off

Comfortable bed & pillows & room temp .
Sometimes was noisy with people talking. Need a better way to park & unload luggage with check-in/check-out. Charge for parking is WRONG.

I like how clean the bathroom was. The cleanliness of the room. I also like the variety of snacks in the snack room and the bar.
I can't complain about anything. Maybe just the parking spots were hard to find in the front, but it was a busy weekend.
