Residence Inn by Marriott Omaha Aksarben Village

Clean and a wonderful staff.

I had two maintenance issues with the room, the freezer motor and a leaky faucet. But maintenance was excellent at taking care of these issues. My suggestions were to get better toilet paper and Kleenex and also put a towel rack near the tub/shower.

This is the our fifth hotel stay at Residence Inn Omaha. Generally it was disappointed. 1, the room was not cleaned totally 2, Reception staff is not friendly. 3, breakfast time is too short .We will change to Homewoods hotel at next trip

Previous visits have been great. This time, my room had not been cleaned well at all. I also requested bedding be changed out and it never got done (despite asking 4 times over 3 days). Was not a good experience at all.

Room decor and full kitchen. Lighting options in the room. Location. Gym brand equipment is great, but would like more equipment in there

Shower needs full door. Needed a tub-all rooms should have to soak & relax while travelling. Need blackout shades. I requested HouseKeeping Sunday but got back & no one cleaned. But HK banged on door 40mins before checkout,wait til after checkout time!

Comfortable bed, spacious room., great location.

Room had a nice open floor plan and employees were friendly

Breakfast had much to be desired and we were awoken by housekeeping music from across the hall around 9am

Clean, comfortable beds. Liked that it has a kitchen.

The location was in walking distance to where we needed to be. The continental breakfast quite handy. The layout of the room was enjoyable.

The view out the windows was just maintenance stuff, but I guess someone's room needs to be that way!

Room was large, studio aspect nice touch.

Fitted sheet would not stay on, desk mounding falling off. Pool small and with screaming kids, very noisy, not usually any pool towels available.

Great location, not expensive, big nice rooms. Great value.

We loved this hotel! He beds were super comfortable! Room and hotel were clean, friendly, and inviting! We took use of both the small market in the lobby and the grill on the patio. We even fired up the fire pit for a short amount of time. Great locatio

My wife and I stayed here last weekend and we both have bites on our bodies. I’m concerned that they may be bed bug bites.

Newer styled Residence Inn whose new design is functional and very comfortable. Extremely friendly staff and located in a new area of Central Omaha filled with restaurants, shops and a theater within walking distance.

a little bit of a maze of turns off of I-80 to get there but definitely worth the extra effort to find.

Location very close to many restaurants and downtown businesses.

no shuttle available, but proximity to many locations made it not a necessity, so not that bad.

Very new and modern. Easy access parking. Close to Interstate but not too close.

Due to the amount of children staying on same day as we were the breakfast area was messy. Tables were sticky and lots of stuff on the floor. However, I thing this was due to the number of young ones staying.

Stayed in the king room with the kitchen attached. Room was immaculate and beautiful. Very private area of the hotel. Although it was New Years Eve and pretty busy, our room was completely quiet. Nice area with restaurants about a block away. Will return!

The room was top shelf with a very modern kitchen and bath. Was impressed with the walk in doorless shower,they are pretty rare. Perfect location,many restaurants and a theater within walking distance. Best for $$ I've ever stayed at, highly recommend.

The hotel was excellent and would have received all 10's but for one thing. The water was to be turned off in the morning and the staff neglected to inform me. So, after a long drive, I was unable to shower. Other than that, it was very nice.
