Location was awesome, the staff was attentive.

The breakfast was kinda meh, but okay.

The toilet paper had blood on it and towels had stains on it and the sheets

It was definitely better than other reviews described.

The clerk at the front desk was extremely slow and seemed to not umderstand what I was asking for. She was also on her phone constantly.

The room had a musky smell and felt a bit stuffy, if we didn't keep constant air on it became stuffy and stinky. Which was a bit uncomfortable because then we were freezing at night.

The breakfast and easy check in with online booking reservation.

I prepaid for my rooms and still and to pay a $100 deposit when I got there. There was no exhaust in the bathroom so the water smell was pretty strong in room.

Clean Hotel with a nice breakfast. Room was a bit musty smelling initially, but it seemed to get better after the AC ran for a while. Clean facility, but the shower needed a makeover as it was aged. Overall a good place to stay and was quite reasonable.

The bathroom was very dirty, there was hair everywhere, the towels were not laundered.

The breakfast was outstanding!

The weekend breakfast didn’t start until 7AM so I unfortunately didn’t get breakfast before I had to hit the road. Also the staff refused to print me a receipt when asked. He said since I booked online to use that one.

The room was overall fine. The beds comfortable. Mostly renovated.

The shower was not renovated. It was pretty stained (not dirty) but enough that you felt ehh about it. The room lacked furnishings (no chair, etc). It wasn’t a problem but there were overpowering smells throughout the hotel. Breakfast wasn’t stocked.

Cleanliness The carpet in the room was not clean The second floor was smelling cigarettes . We could not sleep until 2 am. There was some disturbance. Someone was yelling and Police have to come.

Price

Only one entrance. The parking was awful and you had to walk all the way around to get in even though there was a lot of side doors, you couldn’t use them.

Very kind and friendly staff. Great breakfast and inexpensive nightly cost.

You could tell it was old and recently had a facelift. Ultimately you get what you pay for. The hotel is inexpensive so I was not expecting a 5 star resort.

Staff were very friendly. Lobby was clean and breakfast was good!

The building just needs a tad bit of maintenance done

Power was out with no back up, on the 5th floor with no elevator, no breakfast or coffee

The bathroom was not clean. There was soap left in the shower, dirty towels hanging, hair in the sink, moldy shower.

The help was nice, but please pay enough so we can get English speaking folks at the desk so we can actually understand what they are saying!!

Obviously, VERY short staffed. The same people who checked us in the previous night were still working the next morning. They couldn't work the desk and keep up with breakfast as they ran out of bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. English limited!! :(

The staff was very helpful and gave good tips on where to eat and what not.They were nice and polite!!

The room was a little run down, notice a broken plug in behind the bed and then there was dust underneath the beds, not enough pool towels either.

There were dead bugs in the hallways, rooms not cleanly, had to get moved into a smoking room due to our non smoking room smelling like smoke, beds not comfy, room was hot, breakfast was disgusting, staff wasn?t very friendly, pool wasn?t clean.

Dirty room saw bed bugs on the bed. Left earjy.
