Residence Inn by Marriott Omaha Downtown/Old Market Area

Very clean and breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms were not very sound-proof. Traffic from Dodge Street outside our window was LOUD into the early morning hours. Would request a room on the opposite side next time to see if we could have more quiet for sleeping.

Had to change Rions then didn?t get the bed size I paid for due to not being available which I think was punishment for complaining about original Room fowl order

Loved the large size of the room, the helpful staff, the breakfast, and the complementary bus transportation within a 3-mile radius.

The rooms was cozy and the location was perfect. The shuttle to take us to the Old Market area was a fantastic addition to our reservation.

The breakfast was average. The turkey sausage tasted like a sponge and the eggs were wet and cold. We ended up eating elsewhere the next monring.

Large room with kitchen and sink, counters large shower, small sofa desk and closet for people who stay longer at hotel.Have a shuttle if going to Old Market .10 dollar parking at ramp which was fine.Big breakfast with large dining area.Good price.

Was just further to Old market than the Hyatt .Afew blocks but we do like to walk.

We loved the 'suite' accommodation and location. Also, a complimentary coffee service 24/7 and a shuttle were nice amenities.

There was a 'water issue' with Room 906...when we arrived at our room standing water covered the entire entryway and the adjoining carpet was wet. An employee was suppose to come solve the problem, but NOTHING was done. Ever. There was no follow up.

The room was well laid out (especially the bathroom/closet area) and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff was very pleasant and comfortable. It was all a very delightful experience!

Went to dinner in Old Market and was a bit scared walking back to hotel at night.

Loved the historic feel and the suite layout. The bed was very comfortable to. Great breakfast as well.

The room was nice and had a good kitchen.

Noisy. We heard fire truck or police sirens both nights and didn¿t seem like the windows provided much insulation.

Great adaptation of an older building into a modern hotel. Great location. Good breakfast selection. Generous laundry facilities.

Found the parking inconvenient. I did not fully understand the validation process. Did not feel like it was explained well enough¿I was given a lot of information right at check-in, so I missed the details.

Beautiful building! Check in was easy, rooms were very clean ( & I check to make sure). It was nice to have a kitchen in the room and enough space for all 6 of us. The breakfast was wonderful. Parking was in a garage next door ($10 over night).

The room was wonderful. Great to have internet TV, kitchen and living room. Convenient location for TD Ameritrade Park.

I showed up at 4 pm and my room was not ready for another 30 minutes.

Customer service was great my wife said I got sick and could not go so my wife and son went instead

I really enjoyed our time here. The room was perfect.Updated & clean. When we asked for extra items, they quickly provided them to us. We did use the valet service for $15 a day which was a fast service but there is a parking ramp next to it. I'd return!!

Actually no. Maybe it would be nice to have a pool & maybe a parking lot but this is a historic building so that's exspected not to have those things.

Appreciated the history of the building. Incorporated that history in the hotel.

Sorry that no full breakfast was served. Missed that but understand the COVID restrictions.
