The staff is all so kind! From valet and check-in to our late evening dinner all the way to our check-out!

We couldn’t use our in-room phone to call guest services or front desk. We just got a busy tone. We were in Rm 500.

Very large, clean & modern room.

It took three days for our room to be cleaned and our towels to be changed. We had to ask.

We love downtown Omaha and this location is great!

The shower wasn't great. It was difficult to reach the handles to turn on water without getting wet and the shower functions were a little weird.

Front desk staff are pretty rough. Guy outside of front door was blasting a video.

The hotel has installed a lock on the inside of the main doors that they lock at night. Definitely not up to fire code for a hotel or commercial property. If front desk is not attended when you want to leave or come in you are out of luck.

fully restored 1920's building with all of the modern comforts. Room was oversized with a extra large working desk. No less than six pillows on my king sized bed! Right across the street from the Orpheum Theater and about a block from the Market.

parking garage could not accommodate the size of my truck. Multiple other options on the same block.

The room very clean, the price reasonable, the staff niece.

I haven't said "Wow" walking into a room in a while. The design is very impressive

I had a room by the alley where trash was picked up and the sound insulation wasn't the best.

Bed and pillows. Refrigerator in room.

Shower too complicated. Coffee pot complicated. Sometimes simple is better. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because the website stated they had a shuttle and we did not want to rent a car. We were later informed they did not. Never saw a maid.

The hotel is cool, and, attached to the building is a prohibition style speak easy complete with Murphy door!

I didn¿t take parking into consideration, that¿s my fault and the only thing I didn¿t like. The hotel is downtown and I should¿ve known better.

The staff was amazing and the location was fantastic. You could tell some upgrades had been done to class it up a bit.

The bathrooms NEED better light. The soft yellow glow does not help a girl put makeup on. The shower was cool but not practical for an average joe like myself. The room itself could use more light but otherwise no complaints from me.

Room was horribly dirty. Stains on sheets, pillowcases, and the chairs in the room. Shower was in poor condition. Toothpaste on hairdryer bag. Dirty floors. Stains on carpet in hallways.

The housekeeping staff never cleaned our room and only brought fresh towels because we called the front desk and complained. The staff at the front desk had no training in customer service to deal with the issues that this hotel has with housekeeping.

The location was nice. Also the ambiance was cool.

The rooms were dirty and loud. The first room we were placed in had a heater that made a loud buzzing noise. We complained four times and they said they would send someone up. Upon the last complaint, they finally moved us.

Lovely Art Deco/mid-century decor, excellent service, across the street from the Orpheum theatre and within walking distance of the Old Market, SUPERB Sunday brunch, great price. Five stars.

Room decor was neat

Water was lukewarm and we had to switch rooms because none of the lights in the bathroom worked and were given a smaller room than we booked because no maintenance staff was on duty.

Amazing shower head. Huge room (king suite). Nice folks at the desk.

Only way to park is $20 for valet parking, or at the meters on the street.

Unprofessional staff. Unkept property. Unclean room. Bathroom in several states of disrepair. Noisy building. Even noisier location. Buyer beware. Two star property at best.

Great downtown location with street parking possible. Authentic Art Deco lobby and tastefully modern rooms (which are large for a historic property.) Great shower heads, just be careful not to flood the floor when turning these on. Stall design is't great

The room was cold, the mattress was extremely firm and the linens and blankets were lightweight and substandard for a 4.5 star property. No in-room coffee maker. They leave you 2 tokens for 2 cups of regular drip coffee in restaurant, how Rude!

There was no parking on site for a regular pickup truck, wouldnt fit in garage. Room didnt have lighting, even a desk light. Floors were peeling up vinyl. Water poured out from shower door. This wasnt even a three star. Staff however was very nice.
