Nice, clean.

Need a stronger bath fan. Breakfast could be improved.

The lack of towel sets. However, I had to make a trip to the front desk to request a set of towels and it was given to me.

The room design. The toilet is partially hidden behind a half wall for privacy. The appliances are stacked. The bed was so comfortable, just firm enough.

Location plus it's a very new build, so clean and fresh. The bed was good!

We had 2 rooms. The one the other party was in had a door problem. It didn't fit the casing, it was very difficult to lock ciuld become a security issue. . The rest of our stay was just fine.

I liked the spacious room and bathroom

Unfair overpriced charge of $50.00 for a pet fee. I wasn’t notified of the charge until check out. Customary fee is $20.00. My dog was well behaved.

During breakfast we had spoil skim milk. Staff took the spoiled milk out. But ruined breakfast that day.

I loved the breakfast. They had a rotating selection of a few hot items they would have with a few cold things that were stationary or were the same every morning but the breakfast is definitely different then the usual Continental breakfast of just biscuits and gravy, cereal and waffles and maybe some rolls. The things that seemed to stay the same were that they served yogurt, oatmeal, toast, bagels, coffee, juice, fresh fruit, cereal, milk, non dairy milk, and toppings for the oatmeal or yogurt. The room was clean. They did forget to clean behind the bed frame and our blankets had a few stains on them but overall the room smelled good, it wasn't musty smelling or humid and other than the two things I mentioned it was pretty clean. The staff were super friendly and even had breakfast out a little earlier than the scheduled time which was nice for me because I had a hard time sleeping which was no fault of the hotel or the amenities. The rooms were very roomy compared to another room that some of our other friends stayed in at a nearby hotel. Our friends that were staying in the suite that we booked loved the fact that there was so much room in the suite that they were staying in for their two year old to run around in and they had more than enough room for their pack and play and had room to get around it without having to trip over it.

The only things I didn't like were the fridges being so small and didn't have a freezer and then when we went to go check out it took a few minutes for the lady at the counter to acknowledge us even though she wasn't busy with other guests at the moment.

The staff were all friendly and attentive. The location was great--right off the interstate. The rooms were fresh, clean, and did NOT smell like mold or mildew. The beds were really comfortable. The pool was really clean. The coffee and breakfast was delicious.

Hotel was nice and clean. Looks new. Breakfast was okay.

The night life outside the hotel. Heard very loud music (subwoofers) all night long. Boom, Boom, Boom. Also street/drag racing around 2am. Got no sleep. Wanted to relax in the pool/hot tub but there were many children playing til 9:30. Kids are going to be kids, I have a little boy. I understand children are loud, I just wanted to relax and unwind after a long day on the road. It would be nice to have adult only time maybe after 8pm.Some poop bags/ station would be nice so un prepared people can pick up after their animal. Looking at poop and watching out for bombs is a bummer.

Very new, good breakfast, quiet.

No fan in the bathroom was odd, maybe broken as there was a vent but it wouldn't turn on. Very minor inconvenience.

The breakfast was perfect.

When we got to our room the toilet had some dried pee on it. I just wiped it off with a clorox wipe. The shower doors also weren't very clean. I think the maids could do better.

Very nice hotel for the price. Clean and decent location.

The pool was cold and the beds were a little uncomfortable.

The two queen bed suite with a pull out couch made our stay very comfortable for a family of 6.

I think having more than just coffee as an option in the room would be great.
