    Cons -

    • No Fridge. No Microwave. Tiny Rooms.
    • Yes. I was awakened at about 4:00am by a trash truck that seemed to take 45 minutes to repeatedly lift and drop dumpsters. It was earth-shakingly loud and caused me to lose significant sleep.
    • Check in can be slow because the check in desk is also the bar & not quite enough staff to cover

The location was perfect, right in Old Town, and a five minute walk to The Steelhouse Omaha. The staff at the lobby bar was phenomenal. Valet was convenient.

The room was smaller, bed, nightstand and a desk. But that?s all we needed, so it wasn?t really terrible. Price point and location easily made up for it.

Super cute hotel with a fun atmosphere. Great location to the old market

Parking and it was the COLDEST hotel I¿ve ever been in. Hallways and lobby required a coat!

    Staff was friendly and knowledgeable

    Was charged twice

Public parking garage was very close so that was easy. The free drink at check-in was awesome! Staff was nice, room was clean. No complaints!

    The bartenders were nice

Loud neighbors, paper thin walls, and had no hot water for the duration of my stay. Front desk apologized and offered to refund the stay, provided that I create a rewards account, reach out to Booking.com, and ask them to call and ask for their manager. Later, with the Booking.com agent on the line, I got the manager down to the lobby. He proceeded to be extremely rude, saying that they offered me to move rooms 3 times (this is completely false, and either way, would not have solved the building issue of no hot water). He proceeded to tell me I was lying about his employee offering to refund my stay and said “You can checkout now if you don’t want to stay”. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I haven’t even gotten into how tiny the rooms are or how there’s literally NO storage. Complete ripoff. They blew their entire budget on a cool lobby.

It was really nicely appointed with a twist of personality

The carpets on level 5 were not regularly vacuumed. Salt grit and stuff were making it look dirty for out 2 day stay.

The location was great. Nice staff. Good value. Fun, kind of funky place

Don’t stay in room 316. The mechanical stuff is outside the window and comes off and on during the night. Really noisy

    8CamrynPosted on: 12-3-2025

    Free beverage

How loud it was from the people in the halls and the cars outside. I also never got the chance to order food because there was no menu or info in room. The app that was giving to.me to use was hard to figure out how to sign in and also didn't give access to the things it said it would. Something also weird was the bathroom trash had no liner and that felt gross to us. Also unfortunately to my partner who got sick in the night.

    The staff woman on 11/13...

In competitive world of travel and hotel stays most hotels even smaller ones usually have 1 room they can offer early check in for I waited in the lobby about 3 hours before the staff could come tell me that I could check in. The staff woman working on 11/13 between 9a and 2:30p was not a nice lady and it didn’t help she did not have help. This was the first impression and face of the hotel, my first experience at Moxy ever. Likely my last

The staff were very friendly and welcoming at check in and at the bar when we were using our chips for free drinks. Beautiful view from our room. I love a City view

    Vallet pricing was very high

The property was in a great location, was super clean and staff was very friendly.

The beds were a little too firm.

    10HaegelePosted on: 10-20-2025

It was extremely welcoming. The valet staff was helpful and the front desk/bar staff were so fun and cool. The vibe is really friendly and it was modern without being that sterilized minimalist thing a lot of other hotels do.

If there was room service available, I had a hard time finding it. In fairness to the hotel, I was well intoxicated when i looked, and probably overlooked it. If there was no room service, well, bum-bum on me for looking for something not there.

Friendly staff and vibes. Thank you Autumn for making my stay awesome

Menu didn't have a lot of options to work with

    6TaylorPosted on: 10-7-2025

Location was decent, and the valley service was good.

The rooms were tiny, didn’t have a mini fridge. Our room was on the alley side and two of the mornings we heard multiple garbage trucks - really loud and disrupted our sleep.
