Great room

No breakfast and they threw all my stuff away at one point.

Location

It was filthy, our lights didn't work, there was a huge hole in our wall, the room stank, the shower was peeling, the bedspread was torn and stunk, the remote didn't work, there were stains all over the wall, the hairdryer apparatus was torn off the wall.

Nothing will not stay there again.

Room was not clean, bad plumbing, dogs running in hallway. Hotel staff were told, and nothing was done about it.

It was cheap. Outside of that. Nothing else.

The smell was horrendous. The bathrooms looked like they were never cleaned. The seat in the room had stains. And the comforter had burnt marks from previous patrons.

Tv didn?t work, bathroom door didn?t fit, no phone, no in room coffee, breakfast was a joke.

Parking lot full of junk cars, could not park close to door. No TV it was broke. Little to no breakfast, cold coffee. Sheets were stained and dirty. If I could have stayed in my vehicle I would have! Do not waste your money here!!

Everything was dirty. It smelled clean.

Nothing there was old food under the bed no microwave the traffic on 72nd was horrible

Absolutely hated everything about this hotel.

The housekerr(yes singular) was very helpful & apologetic about the shirt staffing for the whole place. She was quick to address the issues we had, and prompt to fix them to her ability.

The front desk person was incompetent and rather disinterested in fixing the mistake she had made.

Close to family.

The property is dumpy and the bed uncomfortable.

The price.

When we checked into our room, the toilet paper only had the cardboard roll, zero tp. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. Bath tub had been painted and was peeling paint. Other than that it was clean. Continental breakfast was skimpy at best.

The paint in the bathtub was peeling. Stains on the sheets. Food left in the fridge from previous person. Dirty floor. One towel in the bathroom. Carpets were not vacuumed and their was a stain on the floor. There was stuff all over the walls.

Room was damp/musty. Nonsmoking room but bed/pillows smelled like smoke. Couldn¿t sleep straight thru the night. Woke up times in cold sweat. Opened windows to get fresh air. Got out of bed several hrs before needing to. Ended up nauseous & w/ sore throat

Had a very good breakfast if I would of got there faster

Breakfast was out of meat and eggs 25 minutes before cut off time. Bathtub needs to be refinished, old refinish peeling off. A/C drain plugged and water was on carpet.

Near the service desk was dog pee smelling Room 321 carpet was smelling bad need to be clean. Room 322 Inside the toilet was black mark need to be clean. there's not coffee machine room 322

We had booked the hotel for another night after leaving. Upon returning we ended up getting the same room¿ long story short they never cleaned the room. Luckily i was the one that stayed in in

It was a bed.

The room had was run down, broken and dirty. The bed was broken, the sheets stained with paint and what looked like old blood. The shower curtain rod was broken, the toilet flooded and even my 10 year old wondered if the towels were clean. It wasn¿t good.

The room smelled so bad I was unable to sleep. Bathroom wasn't somewhere I wanted to shower so left as soon as it was light out

The room was filthy. Only replenished body towel. The owner of manager was rude!

Absolutely nothing!

It was very dirty. A guest said that they had seen bed bugs. The room was very dirty and had drugs in a drawer. The employees were very rude and not willing to help.
