Hampton Inn Omaha/Midtown (Aksarben Area)

The staff was friendly. The lobby and breakfast area was clean. Our room was clean.

The pool was a bit on the smaller side but still a great option.

The hotel is extremely close to my daughter's college (like 1/2 block) and the rooms are nice.f

When I got there to check in (about 3:30pm), there was a sign at the desk that the desk clerk was pulled away and to dial 0 if we needed assistance. Well, there was no phone at the desk, no phone at another little table nearby with the same sign.

It's close to where we needed to be. It's easy to find and rooms are roomy!

Close to the zoo and shopping. Excellent breakfast every morning. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms! We all agreed this would be the hotel we would stay at again on our next visit to Omaha.

isolated event of parking lot maintenance so parking was crazy. Usually not a issue.

Placement of coffee machine by bathroom sink. I moved coffee machine to table by small frig where it should be in my opinion.

The whole place was VERY clean which is the first thing I look for. It was pretty quiet in spite of our room being next to the elevator.

The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and the interior of the hotel was very clean. Very much appreciated it. Breakfast was wonderful. I was in town for business and was able to find this hotel close to my two destinations.

This is not a negative by any means, it is just a fact that happened. The parking lot is undergoing some renovation/reworking so it was kind of messy.

Updated, tons of restaurants and eateries around, including a Walmart next door if you need something. It's fairly close to the zoo and downtown/Old Market area. They had complimentary hygiene amenities and water if you need it.

I can't complain about anything on this stay.

Had to move to different room after finding stuff (yuck) on the bed and crayon all over the mirror. Both rooms, the 1st and subsequent room, appeared to not have been dusted recently and the walls had a lot of marks and scuffs.

Person in charge of putting out the breakfast was not that nice. People had to keep asking her for stuff because she never checked on the stations to make sure there was food available for people to grab.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Expected a cold continental breakfast and was pleasantly surprised to find scrambled eggs and sausage. Needed a late checkout and they were happy to accommodate. Overall great experience.

This hotel is close to my business that I work with, reasonable price, lots of restaurants nearby. Not high end restaurants but restaurants that are great when traveling alone. They had an excellent breakfast too.

hotel employee at the front desk was wonderful !! He was beyond friendly and helpful with local info. The rooms were nice and bed was comfy after a long day. Breakfast had many hot/cold options. Great location near many food/shopping choices.
