Breakfast was plain bread, no butter, no jam, nothing . Coffee no creamer, no sugar. No juice, nothing. The TV did not work.

Nothing so I didn't stay there

He was bugs crawling everywhere. It was filthy. It doesn't look like the mirrors or any glass or anything had been cleaned. And oh maybe 5 years it was absolutely disgusting. I have never in my life seen anything like it. My skin is still crawling

The staff was rude. The first room we went in the window didn?t even close. The room was filthy and looked in the state of disarray when we arrived. There?s no breakfast as advertised either. Zero amenities, no coffee maker no iron.

The room was filthy. The shower would not shut off. It dripped all night. Actually a stream was coming out. This was going on when we first walked in our room. The TV quality was by far the worst. There was a smell of wet cat/animal throughout

Everything. Rooms were dirty. Bed sheets were stained, bathroom tub looked as if it hadn?t been cleaned in months. Barely any towels in the bathroom. Just overall a bad experience. Won?t be staying there again

The rooms were dirty. I was on the 3rd floor no elevator. Holes in all the blankets, bad smell and cuss words carved into everything. Would not recommend.

Alot of banging from the upstairs the fridge didn't work no breakfast there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom so water was pouring all over the toilet it never got taken care of while we were there and there was a roach stuck to the wall

I didnt like anything about it.

He was dirty unsecure the doors went lock. They were flies and the bathroom bugs on the floor stains inside the blankets the AC wouldnt work.

I got nothing that was on the website. I didn't have a working refrigerator nor did I receive a smoking room. They didn't have a Continental breakfast & half the cable channels were frozen. The staff were rude and unaccomadating.

the location is off of the highway and near univ ne-omaha. price. had hot water and linens were clean.

the room was fine for this level hotel however the mattress in my room was old and was not flat. the breakfast was frosted flakes and toast. juice machine broken.

The facility is not good, there's no hair dryer in my room, the A/C is not working properly.

Convenient to the event I attended and had a room available.

Fridge was unplugged and full of smelly water. No usb port in the room ( found one behind the television, but wouldn't work if the TV was off, so TV stayed on all night). Air conditioner was LOUD.

The proximity to Baxter arena. Walked there and back.

Hotel is old and run down. Room was gross. Mold in the bathroom. Stains all over the ceilings.

The air conditioning stopped around 2 am. Opened windows. No screens. Ate up by mosquitos.kids nor i Never slept.

I prepaid hotel for my son after games running late and they had to be in Omaha again in the morning... My 19yo son was not allowed to check in when the State of Nebraska says 18 is OK... It was non-refundable and they manager knew that. We got screwed.

No bed bugs.

Everything. Floors were carpet. Needed cleaned. Lighting was very dark. They don¿t clean under the beds. Animal feces. Smells. Bedding stained or dirty.

They had bugs the wall socket was pulled out I didn¿t get my king bed and there was no breakfast

We did not even check in as we felt unsafe. There were homeless people camped out right at the front door. We left and came back and saw an ambulance and firetruck in front of the building, and they went in with a gurney. This was enough to tip the scale

DO NOT COME!!!! Fake information on website. There is no breakfast, no coffee maker/hot water machine, no room service (we stayed 4 nights and our room was never cleaned). The whole place is disgusting and full of creepy people!!!
