Tru by Hilton Omaha I-80 at 72nd Street

The lounge was an awesome place for my family to enjoy family games as we watched the Husker football game! We Door dashed pizza and had a great time!!

The early morning fire alarm but was a false alarm. We understand that these things can happen anytime! Safety first! The coffee wasn't very good which may have been contributed to the difference tasting Omaha water rather than something the hotel did.

Family friendly with great staff! Lots of room on lower level to stretch out! Would stay again.

We actually didn't stay the night because the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was just a mattress on a metal base. Iwas unable to sleep on in it.

Was easy on/off the highyway and clean/quiet.

The hospitality. The breakfast. The outside sitting area and lobby area.

The extra seating areas and games available were great to keep kids occupied after a day of walking at the zoo. The kids chose playing games over the pool one night!

Location was good. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. Rooms were spacious and looked modern. They had 2 EV chargers good for 4 cars so that was great.

My room had all the other types/sizes of towels except for bath towels. I didn¿t notice until I finished showering so I had to use a couple of hand towels to dry off and then eventually I requested some towels. So I was a little thrown off by that.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. hot breakfast was wonderful. Would stay here again.

Nothing with the hotel -- When following Google maps. It takes you to the dark unused building right next to the hotel. The hotel is literally up and to the right but after a long day on the road it threw me off.

This hotel was clean, quiet and had lots of cool accommodations! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good! Will definitely stay at this chain of hotels again.

Bed sheet kept slipping off the mattress. Floor was tile rather than carpet. Hard to enter the site from the north on 72nd Street.

Actually, we enjoyed everything about our stay! The dining arrangement with 2 separate eating areas is a great idea for traveling sports teams. The games and variety of seating in the main lobby gave private as well as group options. Pricing was great!

Very clean

Very small room. Would be great for one person. As a couple spending time in room I would have liked another chair. We are uncomfortable sitting on the bed to watch TV

Extremely comfortable beds. Minimalist rooms, only what¿s needed, including a very comfy bed.

Front desk staff seemed to HATE their job with a passion.

No microwave in room. The fact that I could not cancel my booking without being charged fully. I¿m here for work and it was not close to my work I found out. I had tried to cancel 5 after booking and was told no. Then I wasn¿t able to check in early

Close to highway, very clean, staff was great , room was very clean.

Would like to see a little more variety on the breakfast bar.

Soft sheets. Comfortable mattress. Room smelled fresh. Not carpeted.
