The room was spacious and had anything we would need. It even had a full size refrigerator with an ice maker

Convenience and location. Had recliner in room.

Old and worn. Recliner was torn and dirty. Shower was old and stained. Refrigerator was old, loud and dented.

Location and decent sized rooms.

Leaking shower faucet was causing water damage on the wall. The beds were pushed all the way up against the walls on both sides of the room.

Airport stopped running at midnight. My flight was delayed and I called for ride at 12:24. So no ride. And the hotel is not really at the airport, in spite of it being labeled as such. So I had take a taxi.

Desk attendant for both evening and night were great.

Coffee smelled and tasted chemical laden.

Room amenities were great for an extended stay?supplied kitchen, large work area, large closet, etc. Clean. Close to airport but quiet.

Single bed in room was only a queen, and there is no breakfast (unusual for a 2.5-star hotel).

Hotel employee was the best! Hotel had messed up our reservation and she went above and beyond and got us a King Sized Suite with no extra charge!

The room size was great. Didnt hear others in the hallway like many hotels. Pet friendly.

Did not serve breakfast. There is a kitchen but not everyone stays for longevity.

I stayed here because I had a very early flight out of Omaha. I was pleasantly welcomed and helped. Room was excellent and clean. Next morning, they had a driver from Stewart's ready to take me to the airport.

No, it was a very good value and well-run.

at the front desk was awesome in trying to accomadate us, because of a mishap in room assignments. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy campers.

There isn’t a carport type checkn location. Was snowing nothing had been cleared. No where to park. Probably won’t stay there again. I understand Midwest weather, but the check at the desk could have kept a path cleared from snow,

Close to airport

No restaurants within walking distance. No breakfast.

Staff were very friendly. Close to the stadium and Old Market. It was clean.

The desk chair was in terrible shape. The vinyl was either peeled off or peeling off. One desk staff told me they could remove it from the room but couldn't replace it. Another staff said they were remodeling. It should have been thrown out years ago!

It was clean and the rooms were spacious.

Overall the hotel was great, but the recliner was very beat up. We mentioned it to the gal at the desk in case they didn't know about it, and she said they did. She told us they were in the process of remodeling and replacing.

The staff was friendly and punctual. Shuttle service was friendly and on time running to the airport.

The carpet felt dirty and the bedding smelled like sweaty man. It smelled so strong like sweaty man that I couldn't sleep.

Good location. Clean. Only complaint was no breakfast. Would be nice to have something available

Lots of space and great location.

Handy to get to the airport bright and early.
