The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and approachable. Location was perfect, walkable to restaurants, bars, performing arts centers.

Looks amazing, staff are pleasant. The check in was simple and the complimentary drinks we hear!

Never brought up extra pillows. Also for the price there's should be more beverages and snacks for free in the room.

On one day during my stay, housekeeping didn't come until after 4:30pm, and did not or remove or replace dirty gasses.

The rooms are big, comfy and modern. The only hotel out of 4 I have stayed at in Omaha of this quality. I wish I could have stayed longer. Unfortunately the price tag meant I had to move for the rest of my trip

I believed having booked 6 months ago that the rate was much lower than I was charged. I wish too that there was a shuttle bus.

It started with the valet: nice, friendly, quick to help. Then the front desk staff made us feel like we were old friends. The property itself is top notch with a smart, modern but comfortable feel. The rooms were quiet, clean, and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious (we had a corner suite). There were USB ports everywhere.You also can’t beat the location: Old Market one way, CHI Center, Schwab Field and the Holland Center the other way. It’s all walkable. It’s also right across the street from the newly redesigned and fabulous Gene Leahy Mall.

there was a very strong perfume smell in the lobby and restaurant area. we really wanted to have drinks in the bar but couldn’t even stay in the lobby area for more than a couple minutes because it was so strong

Every employee, from the Valet to the front desk to the evening dinner and drinks and after was very friendly and helpful! Same goes for the morning breakfast staff...

Hotel smelled great. Cool design. Terrific staff. Exceptional amenities.

a couple of small details: coffee maker did not work and shower smelled like the gorilla enclosure at the zoo.

The people that work there truly wanted to make sure you have everything you need. The went over the top to make sure we were as comfortable as possible and were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and entertainment. We would come back to Omaha just to stay here.

Prices in the restaurant and lounge could be more competitive with off-site options. They would probably make more money through higher traffic.

We reserved a room with a king. When we got there and checked in they didn’t have any rooms with a king left so we had 2 queens! The manager (I believe Sam was his name) went above and beyond and discounted our room, gave us some vouchers for the hotel bar and valeted our parking! It was great PR and we were impressed! We’ll def stay again! Thank you!
