breakfast was great, the on-site laundry, the gym, they were all great amenities

our hotel room did not have any bags in the restroom trashcan.

The air conditioning took forever to cool. The hallways were cooler than the room

Staff was amazing. I loved that it had a little kitchen area. I came back to fresh sheets and a neatly made bed every day. Room was very clean and comfortable. It was an easy five drive to get to the downtown and Old Market. Great experience here.

The cleaning staff was awesome. The manager of the cleaning service helped me out with a spill. She told me of taking care of her husband for 25 years with cancer. She made me feel ok about the accident. I really appreciated that. Awesome lady

Free breakfast was great, staff kept buffet filled.

They didn’t have ice the entire time we were there. We’re told there’s 1 ice machine and that they offer complimentary bags of ice. I asked every day, morning and night and they never had any. They also ran out of towels so we used the same ones all trip

the hot water in the shower had very low water pressure.

The check in process was lengthy, even though it was not busy at all. Also, please update information regarding available grocery store. It sounds like the store closed 3 months ago, but all the signage is still has it listed.

The fire alarm alert and everyone had to leave the building and was lost.

The breakfast was awesome and the staff did a great job refilling food as needed considering how busy it was. The choices and options of food was top notch too.

Apparently, if we wanted an air conditioner, we were to install it in the window ourselves. No one warned or explained it to us.

Clean, comfortable bed, spacious room for what we needed. Nice for a one-night getaway. Very good rate all things considered.

Parking isn't expensive ($15/day) but is extra. That needs to be advertised upfront so customers aren't surprised. No one likes "hidden" or surprise fees.

This hotel was so close to our venue at the Empire room it was about a minute walk! There was a grocery store (connected to the hotel) and walking distance to our bank ATM, a Walgreens, and the airport. Plus they have a shuttle bus.

Everyone so friendly. Like that explain everything when check in. (Times, location of events)

Unfortunately, the nice young desk worker did not know how to exchange the keg. It was 545pm. Only one at the desk. Needed to clean up the hospitality area. Just need to be educated.

My experience always begins with check in. A young man was extremely helpful, kind and polite. The location is great for downtown experiences. Room spacious and comfortable and clean.

It had a nice variety for breakfast

Room had an older worn look. Hard water coated faucets and shower, bathroom sink was plugged from the push down button and it wouldnt come back up. It was clean just worn. Had to also pay for parking.

portable air conditioner in room, added to car noise from streets. Room had a urine or wet like odor. Not impressed for the + $--- rate I paid, much nicer hotels that were less money, but chose this one for location/etc.
