Yes; had to change my room due to ac not working ; television and streaming and internet not working. Staff wasn’t friendly

The staff is amazing and at the front desk is one of the friendliest and most interesting people you could ever meet. I also want to thank this hotel - the pool was closed for repair. Without prompting they gave free breakfast which was amazing

No it was near perfection

Modern with a pool table in the lobby.

The room is small with no privacy for showering. The hotel IS NOT located in Aksarben, but is very close.

Location is decent and is close to Aksarben Village.

Staff wasn't the most friendly and not sure why they set us up in an accessible room. Lobby was scattered with empty plates and bar was scattered with empty glasses when we arrived to the hotel. Cleanliness could have been better.

Thin walls, dogs barking, people drunk and fighting, carpet was stained, sheets were stained. Ran out of hot water after 2 out of our 4 people took a shower.

Friendly, how clean the hotel is, quiet

Beyond stunning, incredible cozy and chic, and the bartender was a stand-up commedian that we had a blast with for hours. She didn't even charge us for the mocktails that were total works of art. I'd drive to Omaha just to go here again.

The location

Pool was not open, asked to be compensated, guy took my name and phone number for manager to call me but didn¿t hear anything. I wanted the pool to help relieve arthritis due to drive.

Love this hotel as it is close to my daughter. It allows dogs and is very clean. Staff at the front desk was great. Always a great experience! Would absolutely recommend!

We loved the retro-mod-industrial atmosphere. Furnishings were fun and comfortable. We literally loved everything!

Would be better with a free breakfast, but what was offered was pretty fairly priced and easy to access..

The location was perfect if you are there for Baxter arena! The large window in the room and unique layout was nice.

There were a LOT of out of control kids in the lobby/bar area jumping on furniture, throwing frisbees while their parents were drinking. It was absolute chaos and we could not even go there for dinner/drinks. Very disappointing.

The room was dainty but super cute! The only thing we did was sleep, so I can¿t say much else.

The second floor (which we stayed on) smelled like natural gas real bad.

Its location is excellent with close access to gas and food.

The room didn't have as many outlets, or in commonsense places, that I would have expected. At the seating/desk area where people are likely to work, there is no outlet to plug in a charging device - only what looked to be a USB port.

The location was prime the room was clean and had an amazing view!!

The cellular phone charge ports did not work but that was my only complaint and I mean this was my only complaint. I will definitely stay again.

Very nice and clean and close to Aksarben village and a short walk to Stinson Park.

I loved the bed pillows tv decor staff

I don¿t like the open bathroom with no door as you walk into room plus you have to pay high price for what you get

We really enjoyed the fun atmosphere and overall theme of the hotel.

It has a strange smell to it like a spicy wood scent wafting throughout. The floor in our room was filthy. The pillows had that greasy hair smell like they hadn¿t been cleaned. The pool was so cloudy, cold and dirty we couldn¿t even enjoy it.

Potential and design

Staff (not all, but a few) was rude and unwilling to fix issues or make accommodations. Pool, elevators, and bar were not available. I expected a restaurant, but it was just a window to order a couple of items, most not available anyway.

Fantastic location. The room was nice, it seemed like a European vibe. Good amenities.

Hotel room doors slammed very hard. Got woken up at 3 am when people were entering and exiting. Also, I wished they'd asked if I wanted coffee at check-in vs assuming I didn't want it in the room. I know covid, but it is a service.

The modern room decor was exceptional
