- Absolutely nothing.
- Needed a bed late night after a long drive from Colorado with my partner. The bed was made, but the sheets and linens were not fresh!! There was hair all over the under sheets and on the pillows!! Thank god I brought my own pillows!!

- Everything. Very unprofessional. Bad odors in the building office and rooms.
- YES. The fan did not work correctly and made the room exceptionally cold at night, around 2-4 AM. The shower was unclean. The toilet was stained and not clean. The floor was still sandy. The entire experience should be refunded.
- Normally the rooms are extremely clean but this time the room was AWFUL
