Nice, clean, and great location
Parking garage is too small… damaged my car rental trying to drive through it. Ended up having to park in an open public parking lot.

The property was clean and conveniently located in downtown Lincoln. It is close to many good restaurants and some shopping. It has a parking garage adjacent to the hotel, which, while you had to pay extra, was a nice feature for security for the vehicle. The rooms were clean and had interesting decor. The beds were very comfortable.

Nothing. Parking not free anymore. Didn't fund that out until we got there. Ac squealed. Rooms were not adjoining. Book months ahead and not what wer wanted. Front desk was upset that I wasn't thankful to have a room. Do not stay here

Location is perfect and parking convenient.
AC was very loud in our room. It is an old window/wall unit. The hotel was transferring ownership that weekend we were there. Our key did not work at all when we would try to come back to our room. We had to get new keys at least 5 times.

The location is good.
The hotel seemed older and we did not have a good check in experience. We were told there was no driver for the shuttle to get us to a wedding, and then found out there was actually a shuttle that went to the venue. We had to Uber and the hotel did not try to fix the situation. The rooms, though decorated nicely, just seem older.

It’s very nice hotel
The air comfort was super loud. Like couldn’t even sleep with it running it was so loud and it was damp in the room. I’ve stayed here 3x and this last time was awful. Will not come back because of the ac

Excellent location downtown. Loved the decor of the hotel. Pool was great. Played video games in the lobby. Fun!

Location is perfect, smack dab in the middle of dowtown Lincoln, could walk to dinner and everything! Loved the design of the hotel, modern and quirky (i've stayed at a couple Graduate properties before) and elegant - the room was spacious, had great A/C (it was literally one hundred degrees out in June) and was very cleanThe fun room keys were a nice touch too!
