Location, rooms were clean

Breakfast, tattered curtains and furniture we had ice and snow and the lot was never cleaned.

Breakfast wasnt eart shattering, but good enough. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was clean and sufficient.

The website says there is a shuttle to the airport but there isn’t.

The place is run down. No hot water. Smoke alarms chirping. Breakfast was cold.

Overall, it's a very basic hotel. It felt like the hotel is undergoing some major renovations, perhaps a change of ownership, as there were signs of a lot of work being done outside and inside. It was relatively clean and conveniently located to the highway.

The shower in our room was not working and we weren't notified about it. We found out about it in the morning when we needed to use it. We had to request a different room to take a shower and that was fine, but this was a bit of a hassle to deal with in while in a rush to check out.

It was very welcoming! I will say that they charge a $100 damage deposit when you enter so keep that in mind. My room was comfortable and felt homey. The breakfast was good, just your simple hotel breakfast. The room was clean and they cleaned out your trash daily which helped as I had a baby with me.

Some of my curtains had holes in them and the bed was stiff. The trashcans could be a little bigger as you can fit much it anything in them which is why I was glad they changed them daily.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, lack of pillows, and the noise level was ridiculous.
