few breakfast options

Breakfast (variety of items, fresh make yourself waffles,ect). The beds and pillows (having 2 pillows per person is perfect).

Smoke alarm missing, phone not working, no hot water, breakfast area dirty, staff have ?solutions? in words to me of what to do to remedy, but it did not fix the problem. I.e. run the hot valve for 2 minutes. 10 minutes later- no hot water 3 days!

Bugs in the hot tub, staff never at the front desk, no ice machine, no exterior parking lot lights. Worst place ever!

Hair dryer was not working reported this to two different employees no action was taken, bathroom ventilation not working,smoke alarm missing but wiring exposed, noises in bathroom!!!

The room was absolutely disgusting food on the walls cock roaches long black hair on sheets phone didn't work when trying to make a call went to front desk stood there for at least 15 min no one ever came and helped me.

Had a great swimming pool! The breakfast was also good.

location. dated carpet. someone put a stick in the back door to keep it open/unlocked. dont know the reason, but it was unsettling.

Room was disgusting. Trash under the bed. Freezer had a soda blow up in it. Wasn?t even cleaned. Broken doors knob in bathroom. Broken to holder. Smelled terrible. Cigarette butts even under the bed. I would say the worst place I have ever stayed.

The smell in the room, tha bedding smelled like another person was sleeping there before like if sheets weren?t washed the whirl pool and whirl pool everything looks opposite than the pictures

So it is a non-smoking hotel but yet they're letting people smoke marijuana in there I asked him to find it cuz I'm highly allergic to it and all they did about it was spray some potpourri to make it the smell go away I've called the cops and the cops did

LET'S MAKE A LIST! 1. UPON ARRIVAL THERE WAS NOONE AT THE FRONT DESK. 2. THERE WAS A SIGN THAT THE MGR HAD STEPPED OUT AND TO DIAL "0" FOR SOMEONE 3. I DIALED "0" AND IT RANG FOR 30 MINUTES AND STILL NOONE 4. IN 40 MINUTES SOMEONE CAME TO THE FRON

The location was good.

There was a lot of people who seemed to live here and ALOT of drug activity around. The persons in the room next to ours even had a very loud fight one night at 3am. The front desk staff wasnt there unless you picked up a phone and rung their room.

The location was only 5 minutes from an event downtown that we were attending. Staff seemed pretty friendly. Room was clean and had plenty of pillows.

They did not have a king size available which is what I booked. The pool was down for inspection. The smoking area had 1 camping chair outside the door and some homeless mans clothes and boots next to it. Multiple items on the breakfast were outdated.

The staff were all very friendly.

The room we rented was not entirely clean. There was animal hair all over the couch

The staff was rude, putting a plastic sign between them and me when I was checking in. There were dirty towels and trash in the pool area still there two days later. Spa jets weren¿t functional, the spa water was green, and there was mold on ceiling

Only used the hotel about 4 hours but staff was pleasant during the late night check in (and same staff member still nice when I was sneaking a bit of breakfast just before the breakfast officially opened).. Clean, quiet, near enough to haymarket

Great value for the price ($73 for 2 Queen beds). Pool.

Security hasp on room door was broken (231). Curb appeal was so-so. But for the price, the value was very good.
