Hyatt Place Lincoln Downtown Haymarket

Location to arena/ stadium/ restaurants! Safe area... easy walks to everywhere.

The location.

Poor amenities, lack of variety of snacks and drinks. The so called restaurant was the bar, with bar food.

Good full breakfast, clean rooms, walking distance to all downtown attractions

Price doesn¿t include $12/night for parking garage

We could walk to breweries, restaurants in beautiful downtown Lincoln. We didn't know it would be so easy to get around in the downtown area. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location, nice spacious room, nice staff, late night cocktails available, this hotel had everything.

Ice machines on the floor were not found (not sure they have them). At night it got a little loud with a bunch of children and pets. Also, the outside noise from the nightlife and folks on the sidewalks could be heard in the evening.

Big rooms, comfortable beds.

No vending machines on any floors for beverages just a ice machine. High price parking, should be discounted for hotel guests or free. Breakfast buffet had a good variety but the temperature could have been a little warmer.

Great location, pleasant staff, clean we'll decorated room.

The staff at the front desk were impressive and helpful. The housekeeping were friendly and did an excellent job. Glad I stayed there. I felt safe and lots of great places to eat were in walking distance.

Parking was confusing at first, you have to go into the parking garage next door but it¿s not connected to the hotel. Our room wasn¿t super clean, you could see drink splatters on the walls. The sliding glass bathroom barn door was a nightmare with kids.

We love the room set up and the beds are comfortable.

There was pets everywhere in this hotel. I¿m allergic to pets and it definitely bugged me in the first room that we had before we moved to another room. There was dogs all over at breakfast by the food and all over the lobby. The pets need to be contained

The room is spacious and quiet.

For a person who has allergies and asthma I saw pets in the hotel while I was there and it bothered me.

Very stylish, lots of space

Only one USB outlet on the back of the alarm clock. The weather was extremely cold, and since the vent is near the ceiling, the floor was icy no matter how high the temperature. The glass pocket door on the bathroom kept getting stuck.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfectly situated next to the Pinnacle Bank Arena, right in the heart of the Historic Haymarket. Will definitely recommend Hyatt Place and stay there again in the future.

It is a beautiful hotel in a good location.

Parking is $12. The water heater was out. Breakfast was weak and the eating area not wiped down between groups. Morning desk help seemed trying to avoid helping.

Considering the COVID situation, I thought the hotel did a great job making sure everyone wore masks and also making sure hotel staff did not enter my room during my stay.

There was some sort of concert going on which was incredibly loud. This was fine on Friday/Sat night.. but the concert began at like 7 AM on Sat and that was brutal. I would have expected notice from the hotel that this was going on, so I could prepare.

Good location, but the covid 19 concerns limited the facilities available for guest use.

Masks should be required throughout the hotel. Far too many guests didn't wear masks around hotel or in elevators, which was very disturbing.
