- They have a sliding door that looks great but someone will hurt their hand in it. It’s a poor design
- Yes. Upon arrival to our room, we found an old plate of waffles with a dirty fork as well as a toy under one of the beds. We were a bit grossed out. I informed the front desk immediately. I was told that my room would be discounted. They did not!
- room wasn't vacuumed when we arrived - didn't receive housekeeping services during our stay except for some clean towels when we complained. Really overpriced for quality of services!
