It was beyond disgusting! Black mold on the walls, stained sheeting on the beds, stained pillows and blankets, stained dirty towels, everything had water damage and was falling apart, bathroom door wouldn’t open or close all the way. Was so disgusting

Attentive staff.

Tiny breakfast area, missing door latch, disreputable clientele, generally poor upkeep throughout property.

I had a service animal and the owner still tried to charge a pet fee. He said to pay it or leave and this was after I paid for an additional week. We left and he refused to refund me and tried to charge an additional $400 to my card. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Located in north Lincoln, away from downtown, and economical.

WIFi was required multiple entry on user and PW code.

That they allowed my pets

Very sketchy, a vehicle outside in the parking lot with a tarp covering it, their "Continental" breakfast was very dry palm size honey buns in a wrapper. Drunk guests and my kids and I saw a man take something to an outside trash can in his underwear.

Clean sheets, coffee, some TV, quiet.

Was hoping fir ground floor room. But I did not specify at time of reservation.

Best deal for 2 beds.

Charge for pets, yet there was a dog in the office of the manager.

Location and the front desk attendant lady that was so very nice and helpful.

Did not have the correct room I booked available and when it became available the second day it was 10x worse than the one I was put in the prior day. Very dirty, rundown, stinky, and delapitated.

I like the motel style. I could pull my truck up to park in front of my room. The staff were awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot coffee boiled eggs, fruit and sweet rooms, with orange drink also. Very satisfying.

The holes in the plaster, gunk thrown on the walls, broken toilet seat.

No wifiwas unable to work for two days because they refused to switch me rooms to none that actually had wifi when other rooms were available

Location was not far from our residence. Last visit was great.

Could be that by leaving doors open while cleaning rooms, that bugs are getting into rooms at that time. Daughter found on bedspread and wife found in sink area. Was having air conditioning issue at home. Wanted place for wife and daughter to go.

I like the owner Pqtel is an easy going and generally nice person. The hotel has a very laid back and judgment free vibe. You can handle your business and feel at home.

One of the workers who works the front desk literally ran my card and didn't even ask or tell me she was going to do so first. It was extremely disrespectful and unnecessary to say the least

The staff were kind and attentive to needs.

Had to change room because the refrigerator did not work. New room, the toilet did not flush efficiently but good enough. Also not much available for breakfast.

It should have been a cheap option for overnight.

They accused and charged me ($100) for smoking in a non smoking room and even claimed I put bags over the smoke detectors. I do not smoke. They are trying to scam me.

The baseboard was coming off in the bathroom, the stool would flush when no one flushed it

The staff were pleasant.

Didn¿t get a lot of sleep between noises inside the room and vehicle noises outside. Thin walls!

AC didn't work had to switch rooms. Mattress lumpy & springs kept popping. Tub was patched with gross looking goo. Toilet didn't work properly. Bullet casing in parking lot. Hotwired car in parking lot. Guy grilling @ 5am turning meat w/ broken glass.

Felt unsafe. Terrible quality of room. Bed and bedding was crap. Extremely small bathroom. Very rundown and overpriced for what you get. The free breakfast sucked. Really hated this place!!! Did not feel sanitary at all either.
