Clean and great location
Was going through a renovation and while the pool was clean, it was very cold so we couldn’t enjoy it after a long day of traveling

This is a very nicely updated room with tons of space. The pullout was also fairly comfortable for a pullout. The location is really nice. And the staff was helpful.
The breakfast wasn't super great for how nice the rest of the hotel was. The pool worked for our kiddos but is definitely on the smaller side and might be harder with bigger kiddos.

The location is fantastic, the room was fine. Great hotel if you don't mind paying almost $600 for staying one night due to them charging your room wrong and then fighting for a refund (still waiting on $170). Not worth all this hassle.
I was charged 3 times for my room. Customer service is complete garbage. The property said they would refund, then didn't. Had to go through booking.com to get the double room charge refunded. Then I was charged for another night that I never even booked. Can't seem to get them to refund this charge. I have never had this problem before and have been using booking.com for years with no problems but after being charged almost $600 for a one night stay, I won't be using them or Hampton Inn again.

The staff was beyond accommodating and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with many different options.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great shape. Room was immaculate. no noise from other rooms( thick walls). We didn’t swim but the pool looked super clean and bright. breakfast was impressive and parking our moving truck was a breeze!
I can’t think of one negative thing to say!
