The hot tub and breakfast

Longer hours for the hot tub and pool Maybe 9 to 12 for adults only

Room was clean and everything in good condition. The good-sized room was comfortable. The breakfast was standard hotel fare, but well executed, neat and clean.

My only complaint is that the apps on the room smart TV were locked, so you couldn’t add new ones if you happen to use a different streaming service than the ones installed.

Knocked down room cleanliness due to a piece of trash that was on bathroom floor.

The person checking us in had a speaker in her ear and didn't know who she was talking with? Room had horrible perfume smell to block something. Gross!!

Convenient location. Breakfast was good.

There were no vending machines or snacks available due to remodeling. Also the pool and hot tub were out of order.

My room was not clean or comfortable. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling, spider in the bathtub.

The renovated rooms are nice and clean. Overall the hotel is older but built well and quiet at night. Good for very light sleepers like myself. The surrounding area felt safe.

Rooms should include a fridge and microwave at that price level. I was very surprised not to see either of these. The other big disappointment was their hot tub being out of order. This was a selling point for me. Nothing more than ¿sorry¿ from staff

The woman who checked us in was very nice, lobby area was very nice (sitting area) , liked the availability of coffee and water all day/night. Breakfast options were very good.

Our room was never serviced the entire time and we were not told to ask. We had to ask for clean towels every single day (we had a room with 4 adults so needed clean towels). Pool was closed the entire time. Bath room tub and walls needed updated.

Staff was courteous

The bathroom tub was dirty. The caulking around the tub black marks around the edges. Found hairs around the sink. I called and advised about the issues. No one ever called me back. Our room didn¿t get cleaned on Saturday either. Very overpriced hotel f

Quiet, clean, new looking.

Very convenient to where we wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here several times. The equipment in the workout room wasn't in working condition which was frustrating. The breakfast was minimal and disappointing. No variety and limited choices. We will probably stay elsewhere in the future.

It was a nice place to stay. Great location. Nearby restaurants were fantastic! The bathroom shower could have used some improvements. Black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Other than that, for the price it was great!

They would not print an invoice based on the assumption that you would send me and invoice, which I have not received.

Hotel lobby was bright and airy. Front desk staff were very friendly. Super clean hotel. You could smell the cleaniess walking down the hallways. The rooms were clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable.

Was booked a handicap room and did not request it. Refrigerator had a soda explode in it that was not cleaned up. Worst bed I have ever slept in!!!!!!!!!!!
