Best Western Plus Lexington NE

Quick access to the interstate, not too far from anything needed (Walmart close).

Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get keys that worked. Room was somewhat dirty (hair in tub), corners of room had ?gunk?, not a lot of space.

Hotel was inviting. Hallways nicely decorated. Nice bedding. Room inviting. I will be staying in the a Holiday Inn express again. Breakfast was very good. Would recommend this Hotel.

Thev only negative was the Ice machine was not working.

The location was good for what it was if you're in a road trip.

Room even for a king bed felt small, bathroom was small and bathtub was stained a little yellow, bed was harder then a flint stones bed rock bed, I woke up feeling itchy.

I liked that it was clean and had a variety of food at breakfast. The staff were very pleasant also. :)

The only thing was the curdled milk at breakfast. An oversight I¿m sure but it was icky. My 2 year old knew something was up and I found out why she wouldn¿t drink any more of it.

Hot tub was closed. There was a dog in the pool area that I felt was unsanitary. The front desk staff was rude during check in

Staff were friendly, and the breakfast was plentiful. AC worked great!

Rooms were clean and tidy, but interior and carpet were dated. Front lobby was blocked off, so we entered via the conference center door. Compared to other stays with this chain, this location needs updating. Location was great!

Room was very musty, smelled like wet dog. The room did not look like a typical HIE room, seemed in need of renovation.

Not holiday inn express standards. There is a reason why they don't post pics. We couldn't get into the room because the keys didn't work. The staff quickly fixed it, but then the remote didn't work.worst part was the rock hard bed.

The staff were very friendly! Nice, clean room and delicious breakfast.

Having coffee, tea and refrigerator in the room was great. Easy access to highway 80, and free breakfast was awesome. Staff was professional and friendly.

The front desk clerk was not very friendly or helpful.

Could have brought fresh towels and tp once in a while. Had to go ask st front desk for some.

Large space, accommodating staff, full breakfast.

On the booking the photos showed the double queen room with the bunk room. When I got there it was only for one queen bed. Also, the advert stated the pool was 24/7 and it was actually only open until 11pm which was still nice. Have us time to enjoy.

The entire experience with Holiday Inn express is always exceptional. At the motels are new, the breakfast is great and the hotel is clean. This one was no exception.

After completing check in, the man at the front desk came out to my truck and told me I could not stay because I had cats. I told him I selected this hotel because it is pet friendly, he said dogs were only allowed even though it did not say that anywhere

The staff is extremely rude and unnatural because this is a franchise Holiday inn they do not care about people and they look like they are all second-class citizens the management has gone t and staff have gone straight downhill in the last several month

Very dirty carpet and room had a very musty smell. We couldn’t sleep all night because of the smell
