Comfort Inn Lexington

They are in the process of updating the rooms, and you can tell...New flooring, vanities, a large breakfast area with lots of choices.

The pool and hot tub were not available, and from what I could tell, they were using that area for storage for their room updating. (new refridgerators/microwaves etc) It was only through reading reviews that we knew this.

It is so loud, doors banging and highway traffic. Bathroom fan. Pool and hot tub kinda gross, wouldn?t go in.

Beds are too tall.

Breakfast was amazing! Great location, right off the freeway. Beds were comfy and they even had a pool and a hot tub. Based on the reviews we switched to this hotel and couldn't be more happier.

If there's a thunderstorm in the area they will close down the pool. Not sure why since the pool and hot tub are indoors.

They ¿lost¿ our PAID reservation, and insisted on a credit card to get into our rooms. It was 1:30 in the morning and we were exhausted from a full day of travel, so we handed it over and were promised a follow up the next day. Two days later, nothing.

There was nothing I can say good about this hotel !! If I could give it all negative scores I would !! We was on the first floor and there was no drapes on the windows just sheers !! And there was people walking in front of our windows constantly

This was the filthiest, smelliest , place we have ever been the bathroom was so dirty we didn¿t even shower there we called a family member and asked them. The pool they said they had was closed for remodel! We canceled our second night!

Price, pet friendly

The hot tub was put of order. The hot tub was why I chose this hotel.

Hotel employee who was at the front desk made check in easy. He provided good restaurant recommendations. He cheerfully gave us coffee packets since there were none in our room.

I woke up in the middle of the night to a thorn of some sort stabbing my foot in the bed. When I went to look for the sharp thing that poked me I also found a large clump of hair that was not mine. The clerk said she could not offer a discount for this.

Hotel was clean, in good location off

A/C was pointed right at the bed, needed it yo get humidity out of the room, but didn't need it on me all night

Very clean. A little outdated but great for the price. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Doors to outside as well as inside

There was a ring in the bathtub and the room had not been throughly cleaned. I used disinfectant wipes on the main surfaces and removed dirt.

Said pool but pool was closed. Had to go to aquatic center in town.

Front desk employee was great, very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Very welcoming experience. Good cookies, good breakfast, pool was small but nice. Room was a bit small but clean, smelled good, and comfortable beds.

You may want to request a room that does not open to the outside, some do, some don't. The first room we got smelled like smoke but opened to the outside so it may have been smoke wafting in from the sidewalk. But they quickly gave us a very nice room.

Easy access right off highway for a needed one night stop.

Front desk staff was sitting on couch on her phone every time we walked through lobby and free breakfast was not good.

I loved everything I experienced
