Hot day, pool felt good. Above avg compared to other Rodeway Inns Ive experienced

When we left the parking lot.

The front desk gentlemen was unprofessional. The room was disturbing and felt creepy. The beds were so uncomfortable. The bedrooms curtains were white and could see the parking lots lights through the window and hard to fall asleep, the food sucked.

Friendly person at desk. Quickly handled many people checking in at the same time, When I asked for the room we saw when booking online, he replied "anything to make the customer happy." Don't hear that all the time.

Ice machine broken, but everything else was awesome.

The GM is the best! At check in he stated he has a lot of return guests. And NY husband and I will definitely be among that number!

Maybe the only thing was the hot tub wasn't operable. But that wasn't out main reason for staying.

The room was canceled and the receptionist was rude and didn't offer and other suggestions

The toilet seat was old,chipped. I ran the washcloth along the top edge of the shower and it was filthy. I left the cloth there with a note.

It was easy to get to anywhere in the town ( it is a small town). It was clean!! The staff was nice with the new ownership. Breakfast was better that most most hotels the covid thing going on.

The fridge needs defrosting. The person upstairs I think had lead boots and thumps around till 11 pm. I was raise on a farm but the smell from the feed lot west of town was bad. The owners have no say on that one.

First room, door wouldn’t close and no drapes on windows. Changed rooms. Second room had a very bad bed. One lamp didn’t work. Didn’t sleep a lot.

Nice breakfast selection, close to fast-food places, friendly staff, quick to respond to issues with the tv

The top cover of the bed didn't look clean. Only one bottle of shampoo and one packet of condiments for the coffee.

We enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good, with adequate seating. I had thot I was getting 2 queen beds in each room and the staff was great about getting 2 rollaways! Appreciated it!

The pool is nice places if you have a family or just want to relax.

The bed was uncomfortable needs better mattresses.

Musty Damp Smell Building needs serious upgrade.

Location. Staff was really helpful. Booking was for one double bed, but she changed it to two beds for us, which was so nice since I was traveling with my sister in law.

The room was clean overall, but did smell a little stuffy at first. They need some new blankets.

Cleanliness and location.

The milk in the carton was curdled. They should check dates on carton more frequently.

I was really pleased with this hotel. The pics look as though the rooms have outdated bedding/TV, but they must have redone the rooms as the bedding, furniture, TV and carpet are all modern and appear to be newer. The room was spacious and very clean.

Owner was very friendly, talked a long time with us.

I know it's summer and prices are higher, butt this was way too expensive for what you get.
