Red Lion Inn & Suites Gretna - Omaha SW

Could only get 1 channel on the TV and the staff would not give me another room. Discovered in the morning that the water was like warm when I went to take a shower. Also to much riff raff staying at motel.

Location to to event

Bathroom tub, sink and floors were not cleaned. Light switches had grime buildup on them. They did not provide wash clothes. The room was barren of furniture except for the bed and a desk chair.

Heater fan squeaks, can?t get in room without dropping everything and fooling with door handle, entryway stinks, bathroom door hits toilet, no soaps or shampoos, breakfast has no options and area is dirty, no sweeteners or liquid creamer for coffee

Didn't like anything about the hotel

You get what you pay for. The free breakfast they taught is very very minimal very outdated, mold around tile in the bathrooms, staff on their phone and not even notice when you come in or leave.

The rooms were big and location was perfect.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. Needed to use CLR to get the calcium bild up off tub. Remote for tv only turned it off and on. Could not change channels. Breakfast was very limited.

This is a very outdated "hotel" The carpet in my room had white stains all over. The shower fixtures were rusted & disgusting. The outside of the fridge was rusted.

close to I- 80 speedway.

No breakfast, no frig in room or microwave or coffee pot. 1 set of towels for 2 people. Asked for another set of towels but never got them.

Location.

Room was not clean. We were awakened by someone trying to Get into Our room in the middle of the night as reception had us down for a different rom And had not changed the record.

Closeness to the highway

We were given a handicap room and they said it was because they were full. I really don¿t believe that was true!!!

NO COFFEE, NO MICROWAVE. Later WATER BROKE AND HAD TO MOVE.

Amenities promised not available. No pool or spa. Worries about covid but no masks. Continental breakfast was a bag with a water and a honey bun and tiny granola bar. Fridge was loud. Daughter's room smelled very bad. Our door didn't lock unless lifted up

Definitely run down but the front desk girl was very sweet.

It¿s not being well maintained.

It was what we were looking for in price , and location for one night. Nice staff!!

a little disappointing they didn¿t mention the pool and hot tub were being maintenanced until arrival.

We were in a dirty room, the staff was not friendly.

It was somewhat rundown and somewhat dirty in the corners of the bathroom, but the location was excellent.

Proximity to expressway and outlet mall with restaurants. It was also in the middle of the two golf courses I played.

There was no coffee pot in my room and it was never replaced after I reported it to reception. The room was clean overall except for crumbs under the bed skirt next to the bed base. It’s like it hasn’t been properly vacuumed in a while!

It was open.

Price remained the same with no breakfast. Should have been a reduced rate if no breakfast. Guy at the counter did not want to honor the advertised rate, then said the website was wrong.

Decent price and clean, great location.

Pool opens late and not a very great free breakfast. Also halls were strong with the smell of marijuana and they were trying to mask it with air freshener. I know it's not their fault but I wasn't happy about it with my kids around!

Tv was small in room, bed was very hard and hurt. Pool was closed.

It was close to Lincoln.

It was filthy and it smelled. My husband killed a cockroach in the hallway. The towels were dingy. No elevator for our heavy bags.
