Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Omaha I - 80 By IHG

This hotel was so clean, the staff exceptionally courteous and professional. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve slept in since I’ve been on the road for the last month!

Absolutely Not!

Breakfast was good

Bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The heater/AC unit was extremely loud with a horrible loud vibrating noise from the fan motor.

We were very clear about handicap room needs. We we checked in rooms were not as were reserved.

It does need some updating in the rooms in my opinion.

Easy check-in and the free breakfast.

Check-in was 3 pm but front desk gave us room card at 2:40 pm so went to our assigned room and the place had not been cleaned from last occupants. 15 min later while waiting in the lounge staff told us the room was ready: sheets changed?

The staff was pleasant and friendly. I wish I had been told that a hold would be put on my debit card for a deposit. The lady that checked us in at night, was there again the next morning to serve breakfast. She was so nice. She needed more help though

The pool was disgusting. We were so happy it was open, but the amount of stuff floating in it made us not use it. It's nice the hotel has hot breakfast, but having 1 person serving individual items, & expect them to keep up on a Saturday is impossible.

We were concerned that the door to the maintenance/chemical room in the pool area was open and no staff was around!!

Close to activity

Front desk lady did not greet us when we arrived. Was on the phone and never looked up for 5 minutes. Sounded like a social conversation, not business related. I started to get irritated with her.

This motel was very clean, quiet & staff was very accommodating. Easy access off the Interstate. Breakfast was excellent! A great variety of hot and cold items. We had no problems with the free internet service. Pet friendly. Pretty exterior setting.

Our room had a bad smell to it when we checked in. We dealt with it since we were there for one night.

Quiet,convenient and a wonderful breakfast to start a long day of travel.

Location closest to the race track

Yes the second night we stayed was the same room but the room key did not work, he sent us back up to try again and again didn’t work then he went with us and he was going to put the key in 215 our room was 205 it was after midnight bad experience!!!

Clean, modern rooms. Helpful front desk.

Breakfast offering wasn't being replenished regularly/consistently throughout breakfast -- very picked over at times.

The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep
