Staff at front desk was nice

Black mold in shower and on floor by ice machine.

The room was cool

Staff double charged me for room, and double charged deposit, which took 2 weeks to get back on my account!!!

Affordable last minute. Staff was kind, although no issues was addressed just brushed aside

The room smelled like smoke when I first entered. I went down and let the desk know. When I woke up there was a cockroach crawling around my bathroom counter and again went and let them know and nothing was done. I left and cried.

They charged a 100.00 deposit as of yet still has not been returned. We accidentally booked at wrong motel and when we tried to cancel was denied. It said it served breakfast but there was no breakfast at 9am.

Let people know when check out is & have someone up front when told we had to be out by 1130 am or they were going to charge me again. But was waiting for someone to come to the desk to come get my keys from me & answer ?s it was after 1130 wen I got bk

One employee was very rude when i first got there. But the other employees made up for her rudeness No breakfast offered No tub offered Pool was not useable

This was the best room I have stayed in for a long time. I turned off the air conditioner when I went to bed so it was quiet and the room stayed cool all night. Nice shower, big room, huge bed.

I shut off the refrigerator as it made a terrible sound and I didn't want it to burn up or start on fire.

Says has a pool, no pool, says it has breakfast, no breakfast. Room was dirty and carpet had holes. They did move us to a new room and was better

Advertising said indoor pool and breakfast. Neither was available. Turning pool in to a meeting room. Place smelled musty. Carpet torn in areas.

The establishment was flilthy, loud and many ammenitities not working. Nothing like the pictures advertised.

No breakfast in the hotel! If we would have eaten breakfast we would have had to take our key to a diner across the parking lot for a 15% discount.
