Location:ver far from city center, not close to dining and shopping.

Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable beds. Good location.

Had a really nice vibe and fun decorations.

The night clerk when we checked in was the best. she switched our room to Handicapped , I use a walker and this makes a difference. She also made our room closest to elevator.

room had a great tv, nice bed, good shower

Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and spacious. Vanity space was nice.

Bar was closed. No closet. Instead of Marshall Bluetooth speakers, bathroom grab bars would have been a better investment to accommodate elderly patrons.

Unique lobby and room layout. We came in very late so the noon check out was nice.

Our room could have been cleaner in the bathroom, the walls around the toilet.

Convenient location! Good bed, good coffee, nice shower.

First room we were given was a dirty room. Second room, it was discovered to have dirty washcloths in the shower. Overall cleanliness was terrible.

Staff was very personable, room was large and clean.

Good location, fun and creative design.

Floors were dirty. Tile was separating. After checking in, and noticing the hair and debris on the floor, asked and were given another room. That one was a little better, but still not clean on the floors.

I loved the atmosphere, the room style and hospitality.

No microwave, no bathtub and toilet paper was hard.

Nothing, will not go back

4 days without room refresh of maid service. Low quality everything in the room. Bring your own toilet paper.

The location was great

There was a kids birthday party and they were running all over the lobby. Dropping weights and throwing balls around while we were trying to workout in the gym. I got charged for two other charges upon arrival. At night the kids were running the hall.

It was a nice hotel and looked different than most other hotels. The rooms were nice.

The shower had not been cleaned and there was still a dirty hand towel left on the shower knob. I did complain and they moved us. Also, the paint job it really bad, like blobs of paint can easily be seen on the walls.

Was some very loud music and called front desk but didn¿t help. Walls are thin

The lack of communication from staff and the lack of cleanliness in the room. The floors were so gross. Had not been swept before I arrived and there was trash on the floor. Will not be staying here again.

I specifically booked a king room. When I got there I was told all the king rooms were taken.
