Dirty, things were still in fridge from previous person. Top blanket had dust, as if room hadnt been used in awhile. 3 outlets didnt work in room. Had to wait almost 30 min for someone to show up at front desk for check in. Phone never answered

Clean and room cooled pretty quick

When we got to the hotel we were told our card was declined and it was a card number that was absolutely wrong? Then the lady didnÂ¿t have the right number or price down.
