Comfort Inn & Suites Bellevue - Omaha Offutt AFB

Cleanliness in the room the bathroom had what looked like food or something on the wall and the window white shade had stuff on it as well. The Tv remote didn't work either. I stayed in room 212 I believe or 112 it was on first floor

The comforter was very dirty on one corner and also the pillows weren't very good. Glad that we had our own pillows on the trip.

The location, (manager at front desk), having a fresh and daily hot breakfast, and my room cleaned every day!

Clean room that met our needs, close to shopping/food/freeway access. Nice shower. I like that the sink is outside the bathroom.

Pool was freezing (kids will usually tolerate cold pools but didn't last 20 minutes) and no hot tub. Never enough hooks to hang stuff, particularly in the bathroom for wet swimsuits/towels. Room floor was sticky and we had to wipe it down with a wet towel

Very clean, appeared to be recently remodeled great location, no parking fees

Parking availability was marginal late in the day. Breakfast choices were heavy on carbs.

It was clean and close to our event.

The room was facing a busy street with several businesses and large amounts of lights that stayed on all night. The curtains in the room were sheets- nothing to block this light coming in. It was like trying to sleep with the lights on- zero sleep.

Staff location

Room not very clean. Stains on chair and couch cushions. Opened the microwave and it was very dirty. Also the handicap parking was an issue. Only a few by main door. A side door had a couple but stairs at that entrance

Location, breakfast, and pool

Stool had urine on seat and sheets appeared to be dirty as well. Cleanliness was greatly lacking. The hallway on the first floor had a strong marijuana odor, there is no way management couldn't of been aware.

The location was excellent to meet my needs.

The shower was not working very well. I mentioned it to the front desk and it was addressed quickly, but still not work great afterwards.

The location was perfect for us while visiting relatives. The breakfast was good and our room was large enough for our 4 night stay.

The bed and pull out bed were comfortable with ample space in the room. Equipped with fridge.

Outrageously priced. Paper thin walls. There was simply no sound barrier between the rooms. The bathroom faucet leaked and there was (presumably) blood on bathroom door.

Clean updated rooms with comfortable beds

Nothing except they appear to be remodeling

Housekeeping came in the room when they weren¿t supposed too - emptied the bathroom trash and used the toilet - leaving it dirty.

That I left

Between the dogs and the drug attics it damn hard to sleep at all. They had to program 3 different keys and had to return to the desk 3 separate times and then the screen on the window is broken.. they hadn¿t updated since the 80¿s Just a shitty hotel

The variety of breakfast items, the staff, the location, we really enjoyed our stay.

Cleanlieness, the staff was superb , extremely helpful  professional and went above and beyond to be helpful and  courteous... the mgr, worked with us and helped our stay extremely pleasant... Hotel employee whom managed the breakfast did an awesome job !!!!!

Honestly, everything was updated, very clean, and once again the staff was great ,, I will definitely be back !!

Location

Room was not available at check in time. The bathroom was not cleaned throughly and had a distinct odor. The desk clerk did what she could to make it right and left a note for the manager. Did not hear from management.

Beds were relatively comfortable. Pool was fun for the kids. Breakfast was really good!!

Mirrors in room were dirty and smeared with fingerprints. Everything else was fine.

Clean and conveniently located for our purpose. Options for food within walking distance of hotel. Nice pool!

No clear instructions regarding breakfast options provided at check in. With Covid, they do not have any breakfast out, you have to ask the front desk for a bagged breakfast. Also, hot tub has been closed down permanently.
