Most of the staff was very nice

The pool room was unbearably hot. Mid 80s. Watching your kids swim couldn’t last more than an hour with how hot it was in there. Was told only manager could fix it yet manager never fixed. 3 nights in a row

The room seemed somewhat neglected. The bathroom sink Fauset splatted water on the counter and was just a dribble. The tv remote didn't work so they gave us another one. Often, the breakfast was only lukewarm.

Roomy lobby that was nicely decorated for Christmas. Nice manager. Clean hotel.

The odor of mold as you enter is very off-putting. Our big family group considered staying elsewhere this year because of it. There's too much moisture and humidity near the guest laundry area. There may be some drywall that needs to be torn out.

Very clean. Staff was very responsive and helpful when possible.

The free breakfast was diasappointing. Little to no bread items, took 15 mins to get some brown sugar for oatmeal and the eggs and potatoes were heavily seasoned (which is nice for some) with no alternative plain that we could season ourselvses.

We reserved the hotel because of the pool. When we arrived, we found out the pool was closed indefinitely for repairs. There were a number of smaller items out of order. For example, the icemaker was broken on our floor, treadmills were broken.

The staff were friendly and informative. I was without a vehicle so they directed me to nearby restaurants. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Went to front desk to request extra towels, other items several times and no staff could be found.

We booked this hotel because it was close to where are kids were playing softball this weekend. There was probably 25 families there all expecting to be able to use the pool. When we all got there the pool was closed.

Muffins at breakfast were good

Not clean, hole in bathroom, hair in pool, breakfast not great, staff rude, water pressure awful.

It was quiet and we slept well. It was also very clean and the breakfast was great.

Wish the pool would have been open. My daughter was very disappointed.

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet, which is always nice. The location was convenient in regards to the proximity to our event. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard but had some reasonable options.

The room was kind of small and cramped. The bathroom sink faucet design was awful. The water pressure wasn't strong at all and it ended up making more of a mess than it was worth.

Friendly folks, nothing super fancy but plenty nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Everything was good!

The room was clean, and we slept well.

When I went to check in, I waited for 20 Minutes for someone to come check Me in, we almost left, but we had paid for the room already.

Outrageously comfortable beds, lots of lighted parking, friendly desk clerk, close to a delicious pizza joint!

No issues at all, would stay there again

The bed and pillows were amazing, and the pool(we didn’t use) was open until 2300. That’s pretty awesome. It was a great cozy room.

The toilet paper roll holder was broke and hanging off the wall. The toilet seat itself was very rocket like it was going to come off the floor and that was very worrisome. Staff wasn’t notified, because I was traveling, tired and just wanted sleep.

Very low maintenance experience. Definitely one of the cleanest hotels I have visited.

Hotel front desk was a little bit slow, but staff seemed busy. The "hot breakfast" was replaced with a less than satisfactory granola bar, orange, and bottle of water.

Staff very nice, clean hotel, room was great, location perfect for our need.

Comfortable beds, great breakfast with hot choices that vary daily, and friendly staff. The hotel has been nice and quiet when we've been there. We've stayed here twice, and will definitely be back!

Nothing!

The room above one of the rooms I reserved for my inlaws was very noisy until 4:00 am. My in laws are eldery and didn't call the front desk to try to remedy this. I wish the had because they didn't get any sleep.
