The customer service was amazing. They had pool toys and life jackets available for kids. They allowed a late check out. The breakfast matched the 2.5 etc. star rating of the hotel. It was there but not that great. But glad to have at least something.

Cons -

The stairs were really dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The hallway on our floor smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke when it should have all been non-smoking.
The pool and hot tub were not maintained very well

front desk/restaurant staff superb. wide range of food for breakfast than normal . so clean I actually asked them if the hotel is new! Rooms are immaculate , they have environmental friendly on the wall shampoo and soap dispensers . This is the best.
