The room was fairly clean. Had some flies and gnats. The hotel is like an 80 year old woman who used to be a beauty. No matter how much lipstick you put on her, she's still 80.
Clean.
Location was quiet!

Cons -

Not much close by you could walk to.
Used soap in the shower, no ice to use in our room, breakfast was cereal, bagelÂ¿s, toast or bagels, nothing hot, no fruit! Kind of expensive for an overnight stay!
There was dust on the air conditioning unit and the lamps
